As an important standard to measure career development,career success has been widely concerned by all walks of life.The ultimate goal of career development is to achieve career success.However,in the preschool teacher industry,there are not many preschool teachers who can get the experience of career success,which is one of the reasons for the instability of preschool teachers' team,large mobility and low willingness to teach for a long time.How to help preschool teachers to achieve career success is a problem to be solved to promote the healthy development of preschool teachers' career.In recent two years,we have explored the influencing factors of career success from the psychological aspects of career sense of mission and psychological capital,and concluded that both career sense of mission and psychological flexibility have significant positive effects on career success.However,there are few studies on the common effects of career sense of mission and psychological flexibility on career success What kind of relationship remains to be further verified.Therefore,this study chooses preschool teachers as the research object,aiming to explore the relationship between preschool teachers' professional sense of mission,psychological resilience and professional success through empirical research,and to verify whether psychological resilience plays an intermediary role between professional sense of mission and professional success.After sorting out the existing research results in the fields of career mission,psychological flexibility and career success,this paper puts forward research hypotheses.548 preschool teachers from different regions of China were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey.The effects of preschool teachers' professional sense of mission and psychological flexibility on professional success and their mechanism of action were studied by correlation,regression analysis and intermediary effect test model test.The main conclusions are as follows:In demographic variables: the total score of preschool teachers' professional sense of mission is 3.76,which is in the upper middle level;the highest score is altruistic dedication,and the lowest score is professional persistence;preschool teachers' professional sense of mission shows significant differences in demographic variables such as marital status,school nature,honor status,monthly average income,teaching age,education background,and so on,in gender,No There is no significant difference in demographic variables such as the location of the school;the average score of preschool teachers' psychological resilience is 3.81,which is in the upper middle level;the highest score is in the dimension of social support,the lowest score is in the dimension of emotional regulation;there is significant difference in the psychological resilience of preschool teachers in marriage,honor,education,average income,different positions,labor relations,teaching age;The average score of preschool teachers' professional success is 3.49,which is also on the level of middle and higher;the highest score is on the objective dimension of professional success,and the lowest score is on the dimension of professional success;preschool teachers' professional success shows significant differences in demographic variables such as gender,education background,average income,etc.,but not in demographic variables such as marriage,school nature,teaching age,etc.In the three relationships: the professional persistence of preschool teachers' professional sense of mission has a significant positive predictive effect on preschool teachers' professional success;the professional involvement,problem-solving ability and emotional regulation of preschool teachers' psychological flexibility have a significant positive predictive effect on preschool teachers' professional success;there are two correlations between the three variables;preschool teachers' psychological flexibility in preschool teachers' professional sense of mission and young children The success of children's teacher career plays a completely intermediary role.
