Academic research is a human activity that can provide a doctrinal interpretation of the objective of incremental knowledge or methods by repeated thinking or testing.Academic research is supposed to undertake the mission of exploring advanced knowledge.Therefore,the academic research must follow the basic principles of exploring the advanced knowledge,that is,academic freedom,academic loyalty,academic neutrality,academic responsibility,“studying for study” etc..When the basic principles of advanced knowledge are internalized in the academic researchers,these principles become the academic personality of the academic researchers.Therefore,the academic personality and academic research,namely the exploration of advanced knowledge,are closely related to each other.Compared with the past,although the current Chinese universities academic research has made considerable progress and the academic personality of university teachers is generally positive and progressive,there are academic fickleness,academic misconduct,academic corruption,academic alienation,and many other issues on academic personality.These problems have seriously damaged the academic justice and hinder the healthy development of academic,that make academic research showing impetuous,pretend to play the Yu,focus mainly on the quantity rather than the quality.To this situation,it is urgent to pay attention to and solve it.To solve the above problems,it should be based on the overall promotion of academic personality of Chinese university teachers,which is the reason of this research topic.In this paper,definition of basic concepts of university teachers,academic and academic research,is a necessary prerequisite for the research of academic personality;The research of the western academic personality is the theoretical source of the academic personality.The basic rule and value is the standard to judge the academic personality condition of contemporary university teachers.On the academic personality situation of contemporary Chinese university teachers is the key part of this paper.The goal of this paper is to explore the path of enhancing academic personality of contemporary Chinese university teachers.In order to solve the problems existing in the academic personality of contemporary Chinese university teachers and promote the healthy development of academic research,the core purpose of this paper is to provide a depth,systematic and rigorous academic program that will contribute to the promotion of academic personality.Therefore,contemporary Chinese University Teachers' academic personality research is conducive to enrich and deepen the theory of teacher development and academic development in theory;is conducive to the healthy development of university teacher's own development,academic research,and promote the overall progress of the social civilization in practice.
