With the development of higher education,colleges and universities must attach importance to the academic development of teachers in order to combine their own characteristics and give full play to their own advantages.The development history of colleges and universities has fully verified that academic development is the essential attribute of both the development of colleges and universities and the development of teachers.The evaluation of teachers in Colleges and universities is based on the needs of the academic development of teachers in Colleges and universities.It evaluates the academic innovation,knowledge integration,application and inheritance of teachers,and serves the academic development and continuous improvement of teachers.Its process emphasizes the Harmonious development.The academic development of teachers is influenced and restricted by many factors,among which the evaluation of university teachers is an important factor that can not be ignored.The evaluation of university teachers reflects the unique values and development characteristics of an academic organization.Therefore,it is necessary to study the evaluation of university teachers that affects the academic development of teachers,analyze the positive and negative effects of the evaluation of teachers on the academic development of teachers,and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement,so as to promote the academic development of teachers and promote the connotative development of universities.This study consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which explains the reason,purpose and significance,content and method of the research.The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the research,including academic life cycle theory and academic organization development theory.The third chapter is the positive influence and reason analysis of a university teachers' Evaluation on Teachers' academic development.It is found that teacher evaluation reflects the effective management of academic organization to academic people,and has a positive guiding role in the academic development of teachers.The main reason is that teacher evaluation strengthens the development goal of academic organization,and partly reflects the needs of teachers' academic development.The fourth chapter is an analysis of the negative influence and reasons of a university teachers' Evaluation on Teachers' academic development.It is found that the teacher evaluation fails to reflect the main position of the academic and ignores the sustainable development of the academic.There are two reasons for this problem.One is that the academic organization regards the academic as a means to achieve the goal,and the other is that the lack of feedback from the evaluation results affects the continuous improvement of the teachers.The fifth chapter is the optimization suggestions of teachers' Evaluation Guided by promoting the academic development of university teachers.It holds that the evaluation of university teachers should be aimed at promoting the academic development of university teachers,and it advocates to attach importance to the main position of academic people,which can be achieved by encouraging teachers to participate in the formulation of evaluation indicators and establishing the self-evaluation mechanism of teachers.To strengthen the feedback of teachers' evaluation results,we can timely feedback the evaluation results,make the evaluation feedback results specific and give suggestions for improvement,etc.,so as to promote the long-term development of academic organizations.
