Teachers are the inheritors of human civilization,the quality of teachers related to the quality of education,education in the development of the dominant position,the professional growth of teachers is the topic of growing concern.But the teacher's professional growth is a complex process,is in the teaching practice process constantly generated.The language belongs to the mother tongue education,in the middle school curriculum belongs to the important foundation discipline,the humanistic nature of the language and its role of the spiritual education of school in the secondary teaching is even more important.Therefore,this study uses narrative methods to carry out educational narrative research on successful Chinese teachers.This paper uses the methods of narrative research to select the three famous teachers(Qian Menglong,Wei Shusheng and Li Zhenxi)as the research object,and narrates the life course and teaching story of the three famous teachers.The teacher's professional growth story analysis,to explore their growth as a teacher of language development factors,so as to the majority of first-line language teacher professional development to provide inspiration.The introduction part mainly introduces the present situation of the problem,the research status quo at home and abroad,and the significance and research method of educational narration.The first chapter is "the language teacher Qian Menglong education narrative".Qian Menglong's teacher's "three main,four-style" teaching philosophy is its outstanding teaching achievement;"song asked" question,"wake up" teaching philosophy to become his teaching And the teaching experience such as the method of educating and educating people is instructive for other language teachers.The second chapter is "the language teacher Wei Shusheng education narrative".Wei Shusheng teacher's teaching philosophy is the concept of teaching,the concept of education and management concept;Wei Shusheng teacher positive and optimistic teacher feelings,solid basic skills and the ability to develop students' self-education teaching experience on the first language teachers have a huge influences.The third chapter is "the language teacher Li Zhenxi education narrative".Ms.Lee is a unique and humanistic character.Its language teaching philosophy has gone through the development of the early education romanticism to education idealism.The perfect combination of reading and writing,and the focus on the students' mind,provide enlightenment meaning for ordinary Chinese teachers.The fourth chapter is "teacher professional growth comparison and thinking".The professional development of the three teachers,the professionalism of the language teachers and the concept of language education in the teaching practice;the background of the school environment and other cultural ecology and love in language education,rich teaching practice and other internal factors play an important role in the growth of language teachers Influence;their growth in common,such as the love of language education,and strive to explore a unique teaching style,continuous learning and adhere to the education narrative writing for the development of a line of language teachers to provide a valuable learning experience.
