| Hundred years’ policy based on education;while the education policy based on teachers.Teacher is the person who passes the knowledge down and also an important key to impact the quality of education.Chinese teachers are no exception,the Chinese language is a basic subject of all curricula,Chinese teaching carries the function of communication culture and emotion,which having a great significance in the cultivation of moral quality and enhance the connotation of quality,the status and role of Chinese teachers can not be overlooked.Senior school is the key period for students to grow up,the formation of senior school students’ Moral Cultivation and personality will affect their future development.The senior school Chinese teachers play a very important role in the formation of a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.Excellent Chinese teachers as the outstanding representatives of Teachers,their growing are concernd by all of us.As a result,the study of Chinese teachers makes sense for the growing young Chinese teacher as well as students and society.Through the study of the professional development process of excellent teachers,we can understand their growth process,find the key events,explore the stages in its growth process and explore what kind of experience can promote teaching,so as to be thinking and Enlightenment.Analysis of the internal and external factors affecting their professional growth.So as to provide reference and guidance for teachers’ professional development.This paper mainly utilizes the narrative research method,choosing a teacher of Chinese language in J high school in Hubei Province as the research object.The researcher visited the school and collected dates by observation,deep interview and attending her classes.Describing the teaching practice and facts,to show the the true story and teaching life of their professional development.what factors make them from mediocrity into excellence,and how these factors play a role,which stages of growth do they went through,what are the rules,which are mainly discussed and studied in this thesis.This paper consists of seven parts.The first part mainly introduces the background,the reason of this thesis,and introduces the aim of this study,significance,study method and implementation process,The second part mainly elaborates the related concept definition of excellent teacher and teachers’ professional development.The third part focuses on the study of the professional growth story and the key events.Entering the real life of teachers in depth interviews and field observation,From the classroom teaching,teaching and research activities and other people’s evaluation to describe the growth status.The fourth part discusses the stage and the main features of the excellent Chinese teachers’ professional growth and expounds the main features of each stage.The fifth part discusses the factors that influence teachers’ professional growth.Internal factors from the spirit of reflection,professional quality,personality charm three aspects,external factors focus on social environment,school factors and family factors.The sixth part explores the basic way to promote the professional growth of teachers.The seventh part summarizes the shortcomings of this study and prospects for the future. |
