| Because of the advantages of no restrictions from time and place,distance education,as an important supplementary of education system,is more and more respected by the society.In addition,with the supports of national policy,the expansion of network bandwidth and the development of multimedia technology,the form and quality of distance education courseware are advancing with each passing day.In order to guarantee the quality of the courseware construction,method of quali ty management is introduced to control,analyze and improve the construction process in our college,and good results are obtained.This paper describes the application of PFMEA model in quantitatively analyzing and recording process improving.Firstly,combing the recording processand measurin g whether the industry severity failure criteria,frequency scoring standards and severi ty score standards are suitable for the model according to our flow.Through the anal ysis,it is found that the general standard is difficult to accurately focus on the failur e criteria of this model,so that grading standards for evaluation of failure severity,fr equency and severity for courseware construction recording process is constituted.Sec ondly,fill in failure analysis table according to the existing recording process,and pr ior risk index can be obtained in advance.Thirdly,analyze causes of each item with risk index greater than 10,and put forward suitable improvement measures to carry out.Introducing the role of fishbone diagram and brainstorming in the post editing pr ocess.First of all,the causes of quality defects in the video and audio in the post e diting process are analyzed by fishbone diagram,and then discusses most suitable cor rection method through brainstorming.Improve the preparatory work and PPT production in courseware construction pr ocess by PDCA,at the same time,it is proved that PDCA is the guiding ideology i n the whole process of improving the quality of courseware construction. |
