Situation and policy education guiding educatees science education met the situation,the first step of understanding and executing policies,is the key link to realize the leadership of the party.To carry out the situation and policy education is the political tradition and political advantage of communist party of China,is also the important content and way of ideological and political education.Situation and policy education content from its point of view,involves not only political science discipline,also involves social,economic,geographic,historical,ethnic,religion,culture,art and so on several aspects of content,is a crossed the very strong comprehensive discipline.For a long time,the situation policy education as a foundation course of colleges and universities,never knowing subject status,so the research of space also did a lot of restrictions and conditions.In recent years,some scholars began to policy education subject status of the situation the emphasis on the orientation of value and guidance.Some scholars put forward,under the level 1 discipline of marxist theory to set up the secondary discipline of situation and policy is necessary and urgent;Also some scholars pointed out that to carry out more detailed situation policy education content localization,the lesson into a subject.The need of the development of the theory comes from practice,under such research background,the situation policy education in exploring the depth of its own theory is particularly important,it is also the human understanding and the inevitable result of the theory of scientific development to a certain level.And "category" in the subject system of the status of the most basic,this subject system to establish policy education situation,we must rely on its unique discipline category,but people's perception of category the importance and necessity of situation and policy education and lacking of cognition,therefore,this article try to China's policy on the basis of the development of practice education current situation,with the domestic and foreign research category system and learning method,by solving the situation policy education problem to differentiate and define the necessity of policy situation pedagogy discipline attribute,then the situation policy basic categories of pedagogy research,carries on the preliminary theoretical exploration and well regulated so as to promote the establishment of the policy of education situation,and the abundance of the relevant theoretical research at the same time also realized with the depth of exploration and mining of ideological and political education.
