On the basis of defining the connotation and theory of dialogue self this paper analyzes the meaning of dialogue self in children.Based on Bakhtin's theory of dialogue and Dewey's philosophical theory this study uses the content analysis method to analyze the translation of 13 children's philosophy teaching materials written by children's famous philosopher Matthew Lipman for children's philosophy education.This paper analyzes the present situation of some children's philosophy teaching materials in China and provides the possible ideas for the development of children's philosophy teaching materials.Based on Lipman's thinking on the relationship between philosophy and morals the personality status of children and the rationalization of education and teaching this paper summarizes and analyzes the general situation of Lipman's philosophy books and children's philosophy at home and abroad.The theory of dialogue self-theory and children 's philosophy clarify the core concepts of dialogue self thinking self polyphonic novels and children' s philosophy.The first chapter of this study mainly discusses the importance of dialogue self in children from two aspects the meaning of children the meaning of self and the meaning of children.The second chapter of this study discusses the two manifestations of children's "dialogue self" in the Lipman's philosophy of children's philosophy one is through the textbook and structure of micro-dialogue and large-scale dialogue to reflect the dialogue features and the other One is through the teaching of the overall universal and ultimate to reflect the identity characteristics.The third chapter of this study explores the related problems and causes of children's philosophy teaching materials in China and puts forward some suggestions for the development of children's philosophy textbooks with children's literature.
