| After more than 30 years of development,high-level sports teams have achieved remarkable results and accumulated rich experience,which is an effective means to train outstanding high-level sports talents,promote the rapid development of competitive sports and build a sports power.But with the rapid progress of the times,the construction of nine highlevel sports teams in Jilin Province,the existence of new problems are increasingly prominent,it is particularly urgent to investigate and analyze to find out the constraints on development factors.To further plan and guide the strengthening of the construction of high-level sports teams,guarantee the reserve of reserve talents,the strengthening of the linkage between schools and society,and the establishment of a new model of scientific leadership,It can enhance the overall strength of high-level sports teams,strengthen the comprehensive quality of high-level athletes,promote the all-round development of college sports work,play the role of "leading" high-level sports teams in school sports reform,and realize the good and fast development of high-level sports teams in Jilin Province.Follow the research group of high-level sports team construction in Jilin Province to participate in the 2019 evaluation and research work,and take 9 ordinary colleges and universities that carry out high-level sports teams as the subject of investigation.The construction of high-level sports teams is the research object.The methods of literature,expert interviews,field surveys,questionnaires and so on were used to investigate and study.In view of the lack of evaluation indicators in the organization’s leading institutions,the lack of practical effect in the management of sports teams,the management of coaches and teams to be improved,the conditions to be strengthened,the teaching and training effect is not optimistic,radiation school groups are not strong and so on to draw the following conclusions:1.Jilin Province high-level sports team construction colleges and universities have perfect organization and leadership,but the lack of organization and leadership to attach importance to the relevant evaluation index information,did not seize their own advantages to build characteristic projects,key colleges and first-class colleges and universities did not play their own advantages to form a first-class sports team.Due to the objective reasons such as regional and economic development,the reserve base of reserve talents is small,and the brain drain is serious,which is not conducive to the formation of sports talents with high quality,and the enrollment is limited.2.The coaches of high-level sports teams in Jilin Province can meet the needs of daily training and competition,but some colleges and universities do not divide the head coach and assistant coach,individual projects lack of full-time coaches and professional teams to support the construction of high-level sports teams.Some high-level events have no perfect competition system and can participate in fewer competitions;The funds of individual colleges and universities can ’t be fully used for the daily needs of sports teams,which is not conducive to the construction of high-level sports teams.3.Dragon boat project of Bei Hua University and Northeast Electric Power University;The Orienteering project of Jilin Agricultural University;Yan Bian University’s Taekwondo projects are in a leading position,but in the traditional project,the advantage of Jilin Province highlevel sports team is small,the status is low.Although some high-level sports teams play a good role in the school,they are lack of long-term planning and goals,and play a weak role in promoting students’ all-round physical and mental development. |
