Study On Ning Xia "bare Hands Against Spear" In Wushu Sparring Project Of Core Technology Training Method

The Wushu confrontation is one of Chinese Wushu programs,the routine of it is based on all kinds of single Wushu programs and is composed of the kick,hit,throw,take,beat,stab,chop,hew,spot and other attack methods,and competing between two or three people with practice routine.It helps to further understand the attack meaning of each movement of a variety of single Wushu routines,so as to improve the level of sports.Because Wushu requires a realistic combat,skilled movement,accurate method and coordination,it is helpful to train athletes to be brave,resourceful,quick and cooperative.The confrontation program of Ningxia Wushu team has always maintained a high level of competitive state and advantage over the years,behind the advantages,there must be its special training methods,this research,based on the comprehensive summary and conclusion,collation and analysis of "combat pistol project" core technology training methods of Ningxia Wushu team,provides a solid foundation for the practice of the athlete special movement quality and for the improvement of athletic performance,and it is of great significance to the scientization of the confrontation practice and specialization of training as well as providing the reference.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interview method,experimental method,video observation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,through summarizing and organizing training methods on the core technology of the “bare hands against spear” project of the Ningxia Wushu team,and verifying the difference degree between the traditional combat pistol core technology training methods and the Ningxia team's combat pistol core technology training methods according to grouping experiments and experimental data,in order to explore the effectiveness of the training method of the Ningxia Wushu team's combat pistol core technology.The results show that:(1)the experiment proves that the training method of Ningxia Wushu team combat pistol core technology to a certain extent is generally better than that of the traditional.(2)after the experiment,the gunmen of the experimental group and the control group have significant differences in the number of gun and gun accuracy,bare-handed has significant differences in the number step changing and the number of head changing,with no significant difference in the number of lumbar rinsing.(3)in addition to the lumbar rinsing test project,the experimental group members before and after the experiment the gunners and bare-handed increases obviously in each test item,and the differences between the gun-shot numbers,the gun-shot accuracies,and the step changing numbers of the head changing numbers before and after the experiment are significant.Compared with the experimental group,the scores of the shooters and bare-hands are improved to some extent,and the difference between the two groups is not obvious.In the experimental group,the improvement of test results before and after the experiment is obviously higher than that of the control team.It shows that the core skill training method of “ bare hands against spear”by Ningxia Wushu team is better than the traditional training method.
