First is the role of parents as sparring, but because parents are busy, professional knowledge and ability are not up to the sparring, parents more choice will children sent to the professional piano training institutions, let the piano instructors to accompany children practicing, and thus was born a new career-Piano sparring."Piano sparring" is refers to the learning of professional piano in children and in fixed piano teacher at the same time, also please a can not only guide to accompany children practicing.①Piano sparring can supervise and help children practicing, practicing methods to teach children the correct, point out emphasis and difficulty of teaching, the error or is caused by habitual errors are corrected in a timely manner, and can make the correct model, the piano teacher class counseling, also solve the parents do not have enough stamina and ability to accompany children practicing this problem. This career began in 2002, currently showing a trend of rapid development, according to incomplete statistics, only the Wuhan City in sparring piano teachers have more than a thousand people. Anything has two sides, the rapid expansion of the rapid development of piano sparring and team, plus the entry threshold is low, which causes some urgent problems in the piano education industry:Piano instructors teaching experience is not rich; professional ability and accomplishment not comprehensive enough; the teaching method is single; recruitment process is not standard and so on.Based of Hanyang District, Wuhan City, eight rich representative piano training institutions were investigated and further expounds the present situation of piano sparring and existing problems, and according to the reality of the existence of the problem were in-depth analysis, to explore the piano Sparring Practice in practical teaching methods and for the development of the entire industry of piano sparring provide a case study.This paper consists of five parts:introduction, research background and the related research literature review, a clear research purpose and significance; the first chapter, piano sparring present situation investigation and analysis, investigation and analysis of the training institutions of the basic situation, piano instructors of the qualifications, the main teaching methods and piano are prone to the problems. The second chapter, the pros and cons of piano instructors by the investigation of instructors and students, analyze instructors advantageous side and negative side, and reached a dialectical unity. The third chapter, countermeasures and suggestions to solve ideological understanding, clarify the similarities and differences of piano instructors and piano teacher; a correct view of piano instructors.
