Project teaching method is a teaching and learing mode that under the guidance of constructivism,taking the actual project as the object,the teacher decomposes and demostrates the project,and organizes students to dicuss and learn this project.This mode is uesd to evaluate whether the students has achieved the teaching goal.One notable feature of this mothod is its behavior oriented teaching mode,which takes the project as the main line,teachers as a guid,students as the subject.This mode plays fully the initiative of the students,mobilize the enthusiasm of students,thus changing the “cramming” teaching mode existing in the traditional teaching method.There are some not ideal teahcing situation in Wushu course in physical education major like single teaching form,low learing interest and classroom atmosphere,the lack of positive thinking and ideal teaching effect.Considering these situations,the author tries to study the effect of project teaching method on the students' interest,enthusiasm and the quality of teaching in physical education,with the expection of finding out a new and more effective teaching mode with an innovative teaching method.This study takes the sports college students in Shanxi Normal University as the experimental objects,carries out the teaching experient of project teaching method in martial art class,in order to test its effect on learing interests and enthusiasm.The result is as following: the experient class with project teaching method has improved its final grade,and the students' enthusiasm has enlarged.The experiental result doesn't have significant difference.We can come to the conclusion: 16-week application of the project teachingmethod has improved the grade of students in two natural classes in Shanxi Normal Universtiy,at the same time,it also has increasd students' enthusiasm,comparing with traditional teaching method.All these have shown that this teaching method can help students participated in Wushu,and can improve the teaching situation in Wushu courses in college of physical education.Suggestion: in college Wushu teaching,teachers shouldn't have lessons with the purpose of achieving evaluation index,but try to attract students with innovative ways,which can not only bmenefit class atomosphere,but also improve students' ability of active participation and reflection.The experience of achievent can cultivate students' participation in class and guide students' autonomous learning.
