At present,there are some common problems in class management in our country.For example,the teacher in charge of class is too arbitrary,and they ignored the dominant position of students in the class.It's very easy to form a “dependent” class management mode.The “one dominant” type of management is very common.It made the class management inefficient,and hindered the students' democracy and their right to show their subjectivity.The class management mode of group cooperation mentioned in this thesis is an effective try and a break to these problems.It has a certain practical significance to promote the class management democracy and the self-management of students.As a new class management mode,group cooperation management aims to achieve the class management from the teacher management students to the student management students,and to the student self-management at last.This thesis focused on the construction of characteristics class.We want to build a class management mode,use cooperation management as its supporter and the incentive of all students as its goal,the whole group score as its evaluation standard.This thesis adopts the methods of literature research,action research method,interview survey method.The research conducted in the author's class,in which the author used the group cooperation to manage the class.And the author also compared the relationship between teachers and students,and the students' self-development with the past.To show the remarkable results in the group cooperation management mode used class.This thesis is divided into six parts: the first part is introduction,discusses the background of group cooperation management mode,the purpose and significance of the research,the present research situation at home and abroad,and the research methods.The first chapter describes the theoretical elaboration of group cooperation management mode,mainly described the basic connotation,basic principles,and the basic procedure of group cooperation management mode.The second chapter is the practice of group cooperation management mode,when the author teaches in class two grade four,Weihai C primary school.She used this class to make a practice research.This practice research included the development of class rules,the establishment of the class cadre,the scientific division of the group,timely and reasonable evaluation,and the good cooperation within the group,and made the moderate competition principles.The third chapter describes the analysis of the results of the group cooperation management mode.It showed the effect of group cooperation management mode,mainly from the change of the classroom style,the relationship between the students and the teachers,the self-group of the students.You can see the operability and effectiveness of the mode.The fourth chapter is the reflection of the practice research on group cooperative management mode,due to restrictions on the level of research,this thesis put less focus on individual differences in group cooperation,this need us make a further research,and drive us put forward more specific requirements for future research.
