Class is the most basic unit for schools to carry out education and teaching,it is the main base for schools to play educational functions,and it is also one of the main places for students to grow and live.The quality of class management directly affects the success or failure of school education.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the class management.Generally speaking,the teacher is the subject of class management in the traditional class management,students were excluded from the main body of the class management.The teachers,especially the class teachers,hold the "management power" and regard the students as the objects of management,the students cannot become the important power source of the class management.However,the students in the junior middle school stage are in the critical period of growing up,their self-consciousness and independent consciousness gradually become stronger,besides,their various abilities are to be developed.If we can guide correctly at this time,it will be beneficial to the all-round development of the students.Obviously,the traditional class management concept can not meet the needs of modern education and junior middle school students' development,so the class managers should keep pace with the times to explore new class management mode by changing the way of thinking and the management idea.This research,mainly adopts the document material method,the action research method and the investigation method,practice and explore the group cooperative class management in junior middle school,taking the Shipai middle school as a specific example.In the process of practice,we attach importance to the idea of“putting people first",give full play to students' subjective initiative and excavate all kinds of resources in class management,so as to make the change from teachers' class management to students'self-management and class management.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background,significance and methods of research,and analyzes the research status on class management both at home and abroad.The second part is the analytic part,which defines the relevant concepts,and expounds the connotation and significance of the group cooperative management of junior middle school class.The third part is the process of exploration.Based on the concept of cooperation,we make the practical research on group cooperative management in Shipai middle school class,we also analysis and illustrates how group cooperation can effectively participate in the process of class management,including the formulation of cooperative management programs,the effective construction of cooperative teams,the election and training of team leaders,the division of labor among the group members,and the construction of various mechanisms such as management mechanism,cooperation and competition mechanism,evaluation mechanism,reward and punishment mechanism,etc.Then summarize the results achieved in practice,and initially put forward effective team cooperation management implementation strategy in the junior middle school.The fourth part is the reflection,which reflects the problems appeared in the process of team management and puts forward improvement paths to solve these problems.Then we put forward the future research ideas and provide some ideas for reference for the practice and exploration of class management in the future.Through practice,we can see the remarkable effect of group cooperative management in junior middle school class,the students' cooperation consciousness and sense of responsibility are constantly enhanced,their cooperative skills,independent management ability to participate in class management enthusiasm and work efficiency are improved.It promotes the all-round development of the students.At the same time,it improves the educational environment and teacher-student relationship,it improves the efficiency of classroom teaching.To some extent,it lightened the management burden of class teachers and improved the efficiency of class management.Meanwhile,it will provide valuable experience for the development of class management.
