The Hidden Ideological And Political Education In Universities

Universities is the important positions of training high quality talent.Ideological and political education in universities is the fundamental guarantee for the construction of qualified personnel.The characteristics of college students' thoughts are diverse and changeable with profound and complex changes in the social environment.Under this condition,traditional dominant ideological and political education method has been difficult to meet the educational goals and requirements independently.Therefore,it is very important to explore the way of ideological and political education which is compatible with the dominant education under the new situation.The hidden ideological and political education is an important part of ideological and political education system.The hidden ideological and political education has become a helpful supplement to the hidden purpose of education,permeability of carrier model,and flexibility of educational carrier,gradually attracting attention of researchers and educators in ideological and political education.How to broaden the path of education and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities has become an important issue of moral education to be solved urgently in our country.At present,related research on this subject in universities has been concerned,and practice activities are gradually carried out.The value of hidden ideological and political education has gradually been recognized and accepted.Meanwhile,the educational process has also made some achievements.However,there are still various factors affecting its development and progress.Though related researches have been launched,the research results were not systematic and scientific,and problems were encountered in practice.Hence,this study is based on the connotation and mechanism of hidden ideological and political education,and focuses on the status quo of the subject and the existing problems in universities to explore the feasible way to improve hidden ideological and political education in universities.In this study,based on previous researches,the related concepts and theoretical basis of hidden ideological and political education in universities was explained.Then,this study concluded the necessity and mechanism of the problem in universities.Moreover,this study analyzed the present situation,problems and causes of the problem in universities through large data and investigation.On account of analysis above,the feasible path of hidden ideological and political education in universities in China is to clarify scientific and advanced hidden ideological and political education concepts in universities,reasonably develop and optimize hidden ideological and political education resource in universities,establish and improve the long-term mechanism in universities,and pay attention to combining the hidden ideological and political education in various aspects in universities forming educational resultant force.
