In order to find out the influences of environment to brain and the influences of inquiring teaching to student's intelligence, multiple intelligence and the development of right brain., discuss the relation between education and neuroscience, provide biological evidences for quality-oriented education. This dissertation expatiated the development of neuroscience, the application and revelation of neuroscience for education research and inquiring teaching which is the effective way of quality-oriented education's actualization. Then, we carried out researches on the base. Firstly, designed teaching cases of inquiring teaching and the student's intelligence, multiple intelligence and development of right brain after inquiring teaching have been investigated. Secondly, designed different cultivated environment and the influences of environment to learning—memory and synaptic ultrastructure in brain of mice have been researched.The results showed that:1. The inquiring teaching improved student's grade and common qualities significantly;2. The inquiring teaching improved student's intelligence;3. The inquiring teaching improved student's a part of multiple intelligences significantly;4. The inquiring teaching can cultivate image thinking of student and develop the right brain of student. At the same time , we discovered the students left and right brain were at the proximity level, it didn't exist the tend to develop left brain excess in education;5. The environment had important influences on the learning—memory ability and brain development of mice. The alterations of learning and memory behavior were closely associated with that of synaptic structural parameters of brain in the mice cultivated after different environment;6. The abilities of discrimination learning and memory retention were influenced significantly by environment. The learning—memory ability of mice Cultivated in inquiring environment and complex environment were excelled significantly than the mice cultivated in bald environment (P<0.01 and P<0.05);7. The synapses of the mice cultivated in inquiring environment and complex environment had some changes: the synaptic number, the number of synaptic vesicles and mitochondria increased significantly in the two brain areas mentioned above. The curvature of synaptic interface and the thickness of postsynaptic density(PSD) were remarkably increased, while width of synaptic cleft was reduced. In the meantime, the occurrence of perforated synapse ,spine apparatus and percentage of different types of synaptic curvature were also changed in the two brain areas mentioned above.We could suppose inquiring teaching can promote the development of children's brains. But, the fabricated environment is different from the human life and study, deduced the needs of children from the research data of mice demanding the more help of neuroscience and educational science, and the relation between the ultrastructural changes of synapse and education needs more study.In the educational practice we should create abundant and feasible learning environment, carry out thematic teaching, cultivate and develop the student's ability of constructing schema, open neuroscience courses related to teaching for normal school students, improve the teacher's neuroscience attainment, and develop educational neuroscience.
