With the increasingly deepening of quality education and the actively promoting of the reform of new curriculum, letting pupils’ emotion and knowledge develop harmoniously and promoting the comprehensive development have been the focus of school and family and society. Emotional Intelligence is an important part of pupils’ qualities, which plays an important role of pupils’ personality development and the physical and mental health development. Emotional Intelligence reflects a kind of ability about the one how to control his mind, bear outside pressure and use emotion to coordinate interpersonal relationship. Scientific research shows that Emotional Intelligence occupies an important position in one’s success. Psychologists also discover that cognitive ability is not the only factor for people’s success. Emotional Intelligence is the key to success.According to the existing research, pupils’ Emotional Intelligence is above the average level, but it has shown the state of unbalanced development. Activity is the basic way of survival, the basic way of development. As the main activity form in school life, Class activity is an important factor of affecting pupils’ Emotional Intelligence. From the tiny Angle of class activity, this article which based on some activity theories will analyze the process of class activity how to affect pupils’ Emotional Intelligence by literature, questionnaire, interview and observation.This paper holds that, as a kind of interpersonal interaction, class activity can provide a great platform for pupils’ emotional communication, and provide great opportunities for pupils’ truly emotional experience. Experience is the main psychological mechanism of Emotional Education which can contribute to the forming and development of Emotional Intelligence. Pupils’ Emotional Intelligence is an ability which can make pupils acquire their emotion and others’emotion, express and manage their emotion properly, encourage pupils to think, act actively and cooperate with others friendly. When class activity becomes the important way of pupils’ acting, and it can meets their emotion needs at certain rang and quality, class activity can influence Pupils’ Emotional Intelligence greatly.The result of the study shows that class activity can provide pupils’Emotional Intelligence with many advantages for development, but it also have a bad effect on pupils’ Emotional Intelligence. Enjoyable activities atmosphere can increase pupils’ positive emotional experience, but if the teacher who is in charge of the class manages the class activity too much, pupils’ self-expecting emotion will decline. Collective activities can make pupils control themselves properly, but inappropriate emotion management will lead to more emotional problems. Rich activity experience would help pupils’ self-efficacy increase, but some pupils who often play a central role in activities cannot afford to setbacks at one time. The rich interpersonal interaction offer pupils many opportunities to recognize other’ emotion, but it is in the interpersonal interaction that some pupils are easy to ignore others feeling who lack in consciousness of care for others. Transposition thinking lets pupils experience the joy of interpersonal communication, but the assimilation effect from the peer groups make some pupils who are not good at dealing with interpersonal relationship encounter a vicious cycle of interpersonal relationship. So it is obvious that the intervention of pupils’ education is quite necessary. The writer advises that we can take measures through three aspects. First, the teacher who is in charge of the class should improve their Emotional Intelligence to strengthen emotional guide for pupils. Then, pupils should take part in activities actively to richen their emotional experience. What’ more, enhancing the quality of class activities is a great way of motivating pupils’ activity enthusiasm.
