Swimming is a physical-based sport,and power,technology and endurance are the foundations and guarantees on the basis of enhancing speed.These are always plenty of scientific researches focusing on skill level and endurance.However,because of the pressure of sport performance,Hebei Swimming Association cannot give consideration to both training intensity and technical training in daily training courses,and ignore the training of skill level.While the flexibility of joint is the key to take effect on sport technique,for it can directly limit the motion range of joint and make the athletes in trouble to do property techniques.With the lapse of time and fatigue produced by training,it is difficult to warn them control personnel technical motions and the consequent deformation of technical motions will influence their sport performance.Once the wrong motions are formed and cannot get corrected for a long term,they will become habits and be difficult to change.Therefore,a training method with which to both improve inflexibility performance and enhance professional ability of swimming is necessary.This paper was committed to explore the influences of PNF tensile method to flexibility of joints and professional sport performance in Hebei Swimming Association,thus to provide more efficient and scientific training methods of inflexibility for professional sports team.This test was completed in Qinhuangdao Development Zone Gymnasium of Hebei from December 2015 to May 2016.This study adopted 20 in-service athletes of Hebei Swimming Association and made a six-month experimental research on PNF tensile method.The data statistics before and after test were adopted SPSS20.0 Software to make statistic analysis.Research results:(1)The flexibility of joints after experiment in Experimental Group had greatly improved than after experiment,the shoulder movement index decreased to 2.21° from 8.42° before experiment;the abduction of hip joint increased to 150 ° from 133.60°;the bend of left hip joint and right hip joint respectively increased to 117.30° and 118.50° from 90.60° before experiment;the bend of left ankle joint and right ankle joint respectively decreased to 2.65° and 2.61° from 5.89° and 5.85° before experiment;the extension of left ankle joint and right ankle joint respectively increased to 104.4° and 104.90° from 87.30° and 67.90° before experiment;the analysis of joints inflexibility in Experiment Group before and after experiment showed P<0.01,there are statistical differences.(2)the leg movement of butterfly stroke in Experiment after experiment increased to 72.70 s from 81.30 s after experiment,and the hand movementof butterfly stroke increased to 58.80 s from 67.90 s before experiment;the leg movement of backstroke increased 79.90 s from 89 s before experiment,the hand movement of backstroke increased to 60.90 s from 69.90 s before experiment;the leg movement of breaststroke increased to 84.90 s from 88.70 s before experiment,and the hand movement of breaststroke increased to 75.30 s from 78.90 s before experiment;the leg movement of freestyle swimming increased to 73.90 s from 79.10 s before experiment and the hand movement of freestyle swimming increased to 62.10 s from 67.40 s before experiment;the analysis of swimming performance in Experiment Group before and after experiment showed P<0.01,there are statistical differences.(3)The flexibility of joints after PNF experiment in Control Group had greatly improved than before experiment,the shoulder movement index decreased to 2.34° from 7.97° before experiment;the abduction of hip joint increased to 152.70° from 134.90°;the extension of left hip joint and right hip joint respectively increased to 49.30° and 47.90° from 34.40° and 33.60° before experiment;the bend of left hip joint and right hip joint respectively increased to 121.60° and 121.60° from88.50° and 88° before experiment;the bend of left ankle joint and right ankle joint increased to 95.80° and 96.30° from 87.60° and 87.90° before experiment.the analysis of joints inflexibility in Contorl Group before and after experiment showed P<0.01(expect the extension of ankle joint),there are statistical differences.The extension of ankle joint was not changed.(4)The leg movement of butterfly stroke in Control Group increased to 72.60 s from 80.00 s before experiment,and the hand movementof butterfly stroke increased to 57.80 s from 66.00 s before experiment;the leg movement of backstroke increased 79.60 s from 87.10 s before experiment,the hand movement of backstroke increased to 61.20 s from 68.60 s before experiment;the leg movement of breaststroke increased to 85.10 s from 86.70 s before experiment,and the hand movement of breaststroke increased to74.90 s from 77.60 s before experiment;the leg movement of freestyle swimming increased to 72.90 s from 76.90 s before experiment and the hand movement of freestyle swimming increased to 61.80 s from 64.70 s before experiment;the analysis of swimming performance in Control Group before and after experiment showed P<0.01(expect the leg movement of the breaststroke and freestyle),there are statistical differences.The leg movement of the breaststroke and freestyle before and after experiment showed P<0.05.(5)The flexibility of joints(expect the extension of ankle joint)and swilling performance in Experiment Group are average higher than Control Group,and the analysis of joints flexibility swimming performance in Control Group before and after experiment showed P<0.01,there are statistical differences.(6)The flexibility of joints and swimming performance in Control Group after PNF experiment had greatly improved than the fist experiment,the analysis of joints inflexibility in second experiment and first experiment showed P<0.01,There are statistical differences.the abduction of hip joint in second experiment and first experiment showed P<0.05.Conclusions:(1)the 24-weeks research results of PNF tensile method shows PNF tensile method can take a positive effect on the inflexibility quality and improvement of professional performance for swimming athletes,and this method is confirmed to applied in Hebei Swimming Association and generalized in swimming trainings.(2)The effect of PNF tensile method to enhance the inflexibility range of joints is better than regular tension for swimming athletes,especially for the improvement of shoulder joint and bend of hip joint.(3)The effect of PNF tensile method to enhance swimming professional ability is better than regular tension for swimming athletes,especially for butterfly stroke athletes.
