Worthy of our thinking is that the swimming strong province cancreate brilliant again? Whether it can overcome the difficulties and to find the problemsand the influencing factors of development? Whether it can move on to walk towardsthe renewal of competitive swimming in Hebei? These are all worthy of our study anddiscussion.This study uses the method of documentary, investigation, mathematical statisticsand other research methods. According to2002-2012in Hebei province high level andcomparison of the development of competitive swimming, trying to paint2002-2012inHebei province high level competitive swimming trajectory. Through the analysis andsummary can find out the successful experience of healthy and sustainable developmentof Hebei province high level competitive swimming, and the factors affecting thedevelopment of high level of competitive swimming in Hebei province, provides thevaluable data, and put forward the related proposal.Research results:(1) In Hebei province high level of competitive swimming funds invested in eachcycle show increasing state of the national games, In2002-2013:2002-2005nationalgames cycle funds invested about9.8million yuan, spending about17.6million in2006-2009,2010-2013, funds invested about26.9million yuan. Although Hebeiprovince has been gradually increased to a high level of competitive swimming fundsinvestment, there is a huge gap with leading domestic high level competitive swimmingprovinces.（2）At present our country competitive swimming research support services forthe seven categories. Hebei swimming team practice, research and training in dailysecurity services to carry out only one of the three categories. Hebei swimming securityservices research still has hysteresis phenomenon. (3)In2002-2013there are26coaches published29academic papers which is forpromotion in Hebei province swimming team. Compared with domestic excellentcoaches, there is a certain gap.(4)At present Hebei province swimming team has6coaches. Coach title is seniortitle1people, senior title2people, intermediate title3people. Education level of1graduate student,3undergraduates,2specialists,compared with the level of competitiveswimming developed provinces and cities in our country, Hebei province swimmingteam coach personnel slightly insufficient, coaches degree is low, and not pay enoughattention to the continuing education.(5)At present Hebei province reserve echelon has three level training system, eightsafeguard measures, one kind of reward policy, second-line team number50-100people,and scientific selection and scientific research are involved, compared with domesticadvanced provinces and cities of the reserve force training related system is notcomprehensive, supervision and management, promote and safeguard measures are less,less incentive policy and range and small; selection work scientific guaranteecomprehensive intervention, in Hebei province swimming team second-line teamcapacity is small.Conclusion:(1) In2002-2013Hebei province high levels can be divided into two stages of thedevelopment of competitive swimming: trough phase and slow recovery phase. Thecompetitive level is gradually rising, at present in the domestic swimming in the upperposition.(2) Hebei province swimming team coach has strong dedication and sense ofresponsibility; high levels of competitive swimming male stronger than women;advantage projects for men’s middle distance freestyle and butterfly; scores moreconcentrated in a teaching group.(3) In2002-2013the superior department of Hebei province pay slightlyinsufficient attention and support to high level competitive swimming development;Hebei province swimming team training management system and operation mechanismto straighten out and perfect; slightly less prepared coaches staff; the coach of the degree is low; scientific research consciousness is weak; athletes overall level is nothigh; medical supervision of professional athletes and the wound healing regulationdoes not reach the designated position; athletes shorter service life, more injury retiredathletes; training in the practice of the scientific research support services there is a lagphenomenon; Scientific research service content is missing, not comprehensivescientific guarantee service for the scientific training; the referee business level and ownquality remains to be further improved; the reserve force training related system is notcomprehensive enough; select material work scientific guarantee no comprehensiveintervention.(4) The main factors affecting the development of high level of competitiveswimming in Hebei province are: low level of financial investment, research supportservices system imperfect, weak consciousness of scientific research of the coaches, lessquantity of a good coach, construction and reserve forces is not comprehensive. |
