In competitive aerobics competition,the difficulty of correct choice and achieving quality is the key to the athletes to obtain high value difficult points,which is one of the important factors that influence athletes to get higher finished points,and also has a crucial effect on the grade of the athletes.The action of C595 in group C has a typical difficulty and its occurrence rate in the set of movements is higher.its unique complexity and ornamental value become the first choice plaiting complete set of movements for coaches and athletes,thus it frequently appears in the regulation of competitive aerobics level.But its success rate is low and finished quality is poor from the difficulty in the complete performance of the athletes.So this article use a biomechanical research methods to analyze bow legs jumping into a hold,to contrast kinematic data of three college students athletes,to diagnose technical problems of the three players,to think about the cause of the athlete completes difficulty movement,from which could put forward the systematic,scientific and specific training methods for the athletes and coaches to bend body points legs jump into technology on shore diagnosis to provide the reference,and also provide theoretical reference for the similar researches.In this paper,the main research methods are literature,expert interviews,measurement observation,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and logical analysis,in which the main way is the measurement observation that uses advanced3 D motion capture system to learn about experimental research,its eight Eagle-4digital cameras can accurately capture three athletes' technical movements,which greatly improve accuracy and scientificity of the experimental data.The following conclusions are obtained by observing the experimental data;(1)The higher grade of athletes,the higher technical specifications can be done.By observing the image display of movements that finished by three athletes,it showed that,compared with the other two athletes,whether from the takeoff stage,air stage or landing stage,Zhang's technical movement is closer to the ruled action and more reasonable.(2)The important parts to complete technical are controlling force and body gesture.In the takeoff stage of completing C595,Zhang is better than the other two athletes in takeoff buffer technology and stretching technology,which shows first-class athletes,Tian and second-class athlete,Cheng are bad in controlling force and bode gesture.(3)The key technology is take-off technology.Affected by the take-off technology,Zhang is better than the other two players in controlling body gesture in the air stage.But from the height of gravity center,Zhang is worse than Cheng.(4)The air body control is important for completing action.Affected by the takeoff stage and air stage,Zhang is more stable in posture control in landing stage,which is conductive to connect the next difficult action;however,Tian's attitude control is bad because of the mistiming between hands and foots landing time difference is bigger,hand,foot posture control is poorer in landing stage,which not only affects the whole action,but also is unfavorable to connect the next difficulty movement.(5)The quality of finished C595 movements is decided by special power quality and special sports technique.Physical quality is the basis for athlete to complete difficulty movement,while sports technique is the key to complete the difficulty,in which the key to complete C595 is the power of the leg.Besides,psychological quality is another important factor influencing to complete difficult movements.
