Chinese teachers' practice knowledge as a special area of knowledge has abstracted people's attention,because the Chinese new teachers' particularity and the complexity of the Chinese classroom teaching require the novice teachers must have professional knowledge.Therefore,teachers' practical knowledge seems especially important when novice teachers face different students and changeable classroom teaching;they don't have enough teaching experience.This paper adopting the qualitative research,on the base of giving a comprehensive overview about teachers' practical knowledge,entering into the Chinese classroom in high school,regarding Chines novice teachers as the research target,deeply discusses the strategies about the three concepts of generating teachers' practical knowledge: the base of generation,the procedure of generation,the results of generation.This paper's main body will point four chapters to expound the problem.The first chapter is introduction and discusses the problem about novice teachers' practical knowledge and the research value and the general overview of teachers' practical knowledge.The second chapter mainly analyzes the theoretical knowledge,the constituent of teachers' practical knowledge,the character of teachers' practical knowledge.The third chapter adopts scientific survey methods such as classroom observationscales and interviewing to analyze the current situation of Chinese novice teachers' practical knowledge.Find that many problems exist in the generation of Chinese novice teachers' practical knowledge.According to related theory knowledge,the forth chapter proposes the generative strategies including three aspects.The first one is the base of generation which includes deeply understanding practical belief and practical knowledge.The constituent of practical knowledgemainly includes curriculum knowledge,subjectmatterand teaching knowledge.The second one is about the procedure of practical knowledge generation.Enhancing novice teachers' perception ability is the basic requirement.Improving classroom teaching skill is the key to generate teachers' practical knowledge.The third one is the generation results of teachers' practical knowledge,which ca provide a effective support for enriching teachers' practical knowledge.This paper will analyze the Chinese teachers' practical knowledge;apply theory knowledge to analyze the existing problems in generation teachers' practical knowledge.Try to propose systematically generation strategies after knowing the current situation.Thus hope to have significance in generating Chinese novice teachers' practical knowledge.
