The pre-service kindergarten teachers ’practical knowledge draws on the experience of predecessors’ practical knowledge connotation of teachers,and defines them as the pre-school education normal undergraduates in the actual educational practice activities of the children’s education and self-awareness Development of an understanding.Many interns and first-time teachers are full of confidence and expectation of educational theory,but,as soon as they enter the teaching scene,the teaching context is different from what they had imagined before.So that the first teachers feel at a loss,many of the school-related education theory,in the actual teaching actually seem insignificant.Many studies have pointed out that this phenomenon is related to the teacher’s practical knowledge.Therefore,this study will focus on the prenatal kindergarten teachers practical knowledge generation process,pre-school kindergarten teachers to conduct a comprehensive study to explain the pre-school kindergarten teachers practical knowledge generation process and the formation of factors,and analysis of pre-school children Teachers practical knowledge generation strategy,on this basis,put forward the corresponding recommendations.This article mainly includes the following five parts:The first part of the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research origin,the purpose of research and the significance of research,the definition of relevant concepts and the literature review,and combs the practical knowledge of preschool teachers.The second part studies design and methods.Including the elaboration of the research content,the selection of the research object,the determination of the research method,the collection and analysis of the data,the emphasis of this part is on the design of the research method.The third part is the analysis of the process of the practice of pre-service kindergarten teachers.Through the chronological order,the development process of practical knowledge is divided into budding,gradually generated and developed to update.The fourth part mainly analyzes the influencing factors of pre-service kindergarten teachers.The fifth part is the research proposal,and puts forward the strategy of promoting the practical knowledge generation of pre-school kindergarten teachers.
