As an important driving force for a new round of international education reform,the Key competencies Leading the changes for curriculum system,professional development of teachers and academic evaluation method which based on the Key competencies.Combining personal development with social needs,China construct the training framework of the Key competencies.It should be noted that the Key competencies is based on the top of the curriculum reform design,it can not directly play a role in the cultivation of students.As we know,the cultivation of high school students is mainly by school education,in the final analysis it is carried out through various subject courses,Therefore,The primary link of curriculum reform is the effective convergence of Key competencies and subject courses and implement the Key competencies into specific subject teaching.At present,the research results of Key competencies is discussed from the macroscopic level,the research on the specific elements of the subject competencies is weak,and the whole research system needs to be improved.In view of this,the article from the microscopic point of view,the competence of historical explanation as a research theme,to clarify the connection between the Key competencies and the Key competencies of subject,and then make the transition into the study of specific competence in historical disciplines,to explore the training standards and specific training strategies of the History,enrich the relevant content of historical disciplines competencies.To complete the research topic,the author consulted a lot of literature,including teaching monographs,academic papers and network resources,from which to find research direction and theoretical basis.In addition,In the analysis of the existing problems during cultivating historical interpretation literacy of high school students,the author combined with the experience of education practice and collected the Answer volume which can reflect the historical interpretation literacy of students in order to find the first-hand materials to enhance the credibility of the article.The article is divided into four parts,including the concept analysis,the existing problems and causes of cultivating the historical interpretation literacy of high school students,the methods discussion of cultivating high school students' historical interpretation literacy,and the conclusion.The article thoroughly probes into the cultivating system of Key competencies and the cultivating situation of historical explanation competence.This paper discusses the implementation strategy of cultivating students ' historical explanatory literacy according to the training standard established by the historical disciplines,and tries to make the organic combination of the students' cultivating theory and the practice for the service of the real history lesson,which is the value of this article.
