In 2010,China launched the curriculum reform of senior high schools,in the course of reform in the past ten years,the goal of educating people has changed and developed in accordance with the times.The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is the fundamental task of education to establish morality and cultivate people.The Nineteenth National Congress clearly pointed out that "we should fully implement the Party's educational policy,carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity,develop quality education,promote educational equity,and train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty." In recent years,core literacy based on quality education has become a hot topic in the educational circles.The purpose of developing core literacy is to cultivate all-round people who meet the needs of personal development and society,and the implementation of core literacy depends on Subject Teaching,so various disciplines have set off a research upsurge on the core literacy of disciplines.The study of core accomplishment of physics is helpful to improve interest of students in learning physics,promote reflection on basic education and cultivate all-round talents.This paper mainly studies the development and training strategies the core competence of students in physics in senior high school.Understanding the Background of Topic Selection of Core Literacy from the Perspective of the Development of the Times and the New Curriculum Reform.Based on the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad,the meanings of literacy,scientific literacy,core literacy and core literacy of physics are defined,and the formation process and development process of core literacy of physics are expounded.Using the method of questionnaire survey,according to the newly promulgated "Standards for Physics Courses in Senior High Schools" about the core qualities of physics subject in four dimensions: physical concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,scientific attitude and responsibility,and combining the teaching content and problems in teaching,a questionnaire is designed,A sample questionnaire survey wasconducted among four middle schools in and around Nanchong.Through the statistics and analysis of the questionnaires,it is found that senior high school students have a high level of scientific attitude and social responsibility,but most of them are still lacking in physical concepts,scientific thinking and scientific inquiry,and need more development.On the basis of the actual investigation,the related theories of pedagogy are applied,guided by the five principles of cultivating core physical literacy,namely,the principle of objectivity,the principle of enlightenment,the principle of constructiveness,the principle of gradual progress,the principle of unity of science and ideology,this paper puts forward the strategy of strengthening the cultivation of physical concepts:(1)Integrating the history of physics and perceiving the formation process of physical knowledge.(2)Focusing on the process of inquiry,establishing correct physical concepts;training strategies for scientific thinking:(1)building abstract models to guide students to think.(2)Carefully design problems,cultivate agile thinking of students;attach importance to the training strategies of scientific inquiry:(1)connect with real life,stimulate interest in inquiry.(2)Creating inquiry situations and creating inquiry atmosphere.(3)Focus on practice and strengthen their inquiry ability;Form the training strategies of scientific attitude and responsibility:(1)Teachers should set an example;(2)Emphasize the education of science,technology,society and environment,and enhance the sense of responsibility.As an application,this paper designs a classroom teaching case of "Circumferential Motion Case Analysis".
