A Study On The Developing Quality Of Communists And It's Problems Among College Students

The quality of Party members relates to the nature and life of the party.A vision of the political party,always look to the youth,the youth as an important force to promote the progress of history.The young college student party members are an important part of the party members,the quality of their development directly affects the success or failure of the socialist modernization.All along,the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the party building work in Colleges and Universities,focusing on absorbing excellent college students to join the ranks of the Communist Party of China,and actively cultivate the builders and successors of the cause of socialist modernization.The eighteen report pointed out that Chinese Communist Party faces four kinds of challenges:"the test of reform and opening up,the market economy test,power test and the test of the external environment;" four risks:"the risk from the masses,dangerous lack of capacity,spiritual slack dangerous and corruption risk".Under the new situation,how to withstand the test and to avoid risks,the Chinese Communist Party must to solve these problems."College students are very valuable human resources,is the hope of the nation and the future of the nation." The college party members of college students is also,they are the fresh blood of the Communist Party of China,Chinese is a force in the ranks of the Communist party.Under the new historical conditions,how to guarantee the quality of the development of college student party members and serve the socialist modernization has become an important task for the Party Construction in Colleges and Universities.Based on the existing research results,this paper combs the development process of college student party members before and after the reform and opening up,and briefly analyzes the characteristics of College Students' Party members.In order to pave the way,comprehensively using the methods of questionnaire and free network interview,respectively on the status of Anhui Finance&Frade Vocational College,Anhui Sanlian College,Hefei Normal University and Anhui University this four members of college students conducted a survey.Through the collation of survey data,this paper analyzes the quality of the development of college students party members in the background of continuous promotion,and the utilitarian tendency of joining the party,the relative lack of political theory knowledge,weak personal ideal belief and vanguard role model.Then from this reality,the empirical analysis of the causes of the problem,namely,family environment factors,social environmental factors,university management factors,university education factors and their own cognitive factors and other internal and external factors.Finally,according to the problems of the quality of college student party members in colleges and universities,explore the effective countermeasures of improving the process management mechanism of college student party members,innovating ideological and political education mechanism of college students party members and building the internal incentive mechanism of college students party members.Combining external guarantee and intrinsic motivation,in order to cultivate a batch of have ideal,have responsibility,have bear's successor,for building a socialist harmonious society and strugglling to realize "The Chinese Dream" about the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation's.
