Research On The Social Work Intervention In Urban Community Health Care For The Elderly

In recent years,China's population aging and family empty nest trend is increasing,and Chinese health care problems have become increasingly prominent,so more and more people pay attention to health care.In my opinion,if health care can develop into a set of operational system,the health of the elderly will be improved greatly.At present,our medical resources is still very tense.If we can use health care promote the level of health,on the one hand,the lack of medical can be eased to some extent,on the other hand,the elderly can meet their health demand.The State Council on October 14,2013 issued "on the promotion of health services development of a number of opinions,"(Hereinafter referred to as "opinions"),"Opinions" fully embodies the Party Central Committee and the State Council's concern on the health services industry,and it can increase the industry of health care and urban community elderly's health level.Social work can play a role in the elderly health care because its professional knowledge and value.What's more,our party and government more and more attention to the important role of social work in community development.In my opinion,urban community elderly's health care can introduce social work.The intervention of social work can improve urban community elderly's health.This paper takes the X community in Hefei as an example to collect relevant inforarmation through questionnaire survey and interview.In the later data analysis,I use the SPSS statistical software to carry on the analysis and multiple frequency response analysis.Through studying,I found that X community elderly have health care need commonly.But,the elderly need has not been fully satisfied.I explore the reason of the elderly failing meeting health care need in the community welfare health institutions and private spa and the whole health care industry.In general,the current urban community elderly health needs are not satisfied fully,and social work is also a limited role in this area.I believe that in order to promote the development of urban community health care for the elderly level,we should make full use of social work professional methods.According to the study of problems,from the perspective of social work,I put forward the following suggestions:make full use of community welfare health institutions,and actively guide the private spa,improve the health care industry regulatory mechanism,standardize the health care industry information dissemination way,promote the construction of health care professionals.
