Medical Social Workers Intervene In Community Health Service Center Research

As the main form to solve the residents’ basic medical problems,community health service centers play an important role in ensuring residents’ daily basic medical needs.But at the same time,with the development of economy and society,community health service still faces some practical problems at this stage.Based on this,under the guidance of the author’s practice experience in T City B Community Health Service Center,social support theory and advantage perspective theory,this paper studies around the goal by using the research methods of literature research and semi-structured interview.Give some reasonable suggestions.By collating the data and describing the current situation of the B community health service center in T city from the two levels of group characteristics and disease characteristics,it is found that the community health service center in T city B mainly faces problems such as the backwardness of the patient’s cognitive level,the insufficient service capacity of medical staff in center B,and the lack of professional medical social workers in center B.Then,the intervention links of medical social work are analyzed,that is,medical social work can be intervened from different links such as community preventive health care,community medical care,community rehabilitation,and community health education services,so that the quality and level of community health services can be improved and the health level of residents can be improved.This paper also uses the professional approach of social work to work for patients individually,so that the client’s related problems can be solved humanely and achieve the desired results of this paper.Finally,the conclusions and reflections on the intervention of medical social work in community health services are summarized.
