A Study On The Intervention Of Social Work In Community Health Care For The Aged From The Perspective Of Empowerment ——A Case Study Of F Community In C City

As China enters the 21st century,the problems of the population ageing have become more acute,and the number and proportion of the elderly population have increased.With the Development and progress of the Times,the needs of the aged are diversified and layered.The old-age support is not only limited to the basic material support and financial allocation.Health as the primary basic needs of the elderly,in the context of the epidemic,it is particularly urgent.As an important window and platform for providing for the aged in China,the community has the unique advantages of rich resources and multi-forces,which can meet the needs of the aged in a more comprehensive and professional way.From the perspective of empowerment,social work focuses on the development of the potential advantages of the service object,and its difficulties and abilities are sorted out first,then developed,and then solved.The application of social work from the perspective of empowerment to community health care for the elderly can enhance the ability of the elderly to use community resources to meet the needs of health care for the elderly,and can improve the elderly's self-efficacy.The results showed that the elderly in f community were lack of health care knowledge,low exercise frequency,lack of personal interests and hobbies,and low self-identity of loneliness.With the help of the theory of empowerment,the author divides the problem into three levels: personal level,interpersonal level and social participation level,and carries out different forms of social work service in the community.Through two large-scale community campaigns,doctors and volunteers of community hospitals were joined together,in the form of lectures and questions and answers,to activate the knowledge of the elderly groups in f community about the Diet,work and rest patterns,Living Habits,physical exercise and other aspects of the elderly to carry out health care group activities,for the social needs of the elderly groups to build a platform to expand the social circle,social resilience,in the process of learning sports,gradually pick up the ability of group life.To encourage and assist the elderly to participate in the planning of FUN Games for the elderly in the community,to identify the strengths of different elderly people,and to help them position themselves in group activities,with the success of the activities to promote the realization of self-worth of the elderly,improve the self-confidence and enthusiasm to participate in social activities.This paper mainly discusses the practical effect and Development Space of the application of the theory of increasing energy to the old people's health care in the modern urban community.The assessment of the practical activities shows that the health knowledge reserve of the elderly who participated in the activities in the case community has been improved obviously,and the willingness to provide for the aged healthily has also been strengthened,and the action of providing for the aged healthily has been improved.But follow-up also found that after the end of the activity,changes in physical activity vary from person to person,the lack of companionship of the elderly sense of loneliness still exists.Therefore,the author suggests that the community should cooperate with the social work organization,take an active part in the volunteer force and make the activities for the elderly normal,so as to maintain the source of vitality of the lonely elderly,and increase the community care services for the elderly,so as to alleviate the loneliness.
