A Social Work Involved In The Social Integration Of Family Caregivers Of Mentally Retarded Staff Members

The main problem of this study is the integration of the family caregivers of the mentally retarded staff to the social inclusion problems,such as the dilemma of the peer group,the dilemma of neighborhood integration,the dilemma of community integration and so on.Taking the X District of Zhengzhou as an example,this paper points out the causes and negative effects of these social inclusion difficulties,and analyses the social integration needs of the family caregivers of the mentally retarded staff,and makes clear that they need to improve the resistance level,improve the social support network and obtain the relevant policy support.Under the guidance of the theory of social support and the theory of ecosystem,this paper analyzes the deep causes of the problem and the path to solve the problem,and puts forward the social work intervention path of the social integration problem of the family caregivers of the mentally retarded low insurance personnel in the X District of Zhengzhou City,including three levels,first of all,the case workers' psychology of the family caregivers of the mentally retarded personnel.The intervention of the adjustment was followed by the intervention of the group work on the social support network construction of the family caregivers of the mentally retarded staff.Finally,the community work was involved in the improvement of the community environment of the caregivers of the mentally retarded low insured family caregivers.Finally,the social work involved in the social integration of the family caregivers of the mentally retarded staff was summarized and reflected,and the intervention results were summarized,and it was put forward that the lack of knowledge reserve of the social workers' own experience should be overcome,the social work service objects should be improved to the lack of confidence and in the case work level.More emphasis is placed on the promotion of referral and service skills,more emphasis on the design of the link in the group work level and the continuity of the group,and more attention to multiparty participation and resource integration at the community level.
