As the digital economy growing in China,national digital literacy is gaining more and more attention.Digital literacy is an indispensable skill for modern ta lents and one of the key capabilities of lifelong learning.Science and engineerin g students should have considerable digital literacy in terms of learning ability a nd the development of their work skills in future,but there are still phenomena that are not valued in the learning process and school education.This article wil l base on seven areas of digital literacy and conduct the research of digital litera cy level of undergraduate-level science and engineering students in Heilongjiang Province through questionnaires.Problems with low innovation ability,problem-so lving skills that need to be improved,insufficient security awareness,and low ca pacity of network moral quality.By reading domestic and foreign paper and lear ning excellent cases to find the main reasons for their differences,contacting do mestic and foreign excellent experience,to find solutions solving the problems ai med at students themselves,school education,and social policies to improve the digital literacy level of science and engineering students.
