Mainly by using different teaching methods in the process of physical education class,that in comparative classes in traditional teaching mode,teaching content for aerobics routine teaching and practice,to exercise intervention of experimental classes,according to the requirements of the national physical health standard "put forward,on aerobic teaching in physical education class at the same time to practice quality exercise intervention plan formulation,intervention time for 16 weeks(4 months).By literature data method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,the sports classroom exercise intervention’s influence on the female college students physical health,the results showed that the sports classroom exercise intervention on female college students’ physical quality and the improvement of body function and improve the effect is obvious.The main conclusions are:1 compared with before the trial,after the experiment the students’ body shape,body quality and body function after the intervention of the indicators of performance to some extent,so in the experimental research of effect is good,reflects the sports classroom intervention is scientific,has certain feasibility and effectiveness.Students body shape of the indicators,the experimental classes and the height of that in comparative classes,BMI and biceps were not good improvement effect,no statistical significance before and after the experiment.Pupil’s thickness and body fat weight,abdominal fat rate all have different degrees of change,before the trial weight average value is 54.17,the abdomen sebum thickness average of 17.09,the average body fat rate is 22.97,average weight of 53.07 after experiment,abdominal sebum thickness average of 15.76,the average body fat rate is 21.87,three measurement p < 0.05,present significant differences.The exercise intervention of the sports classroom is in accordance with the characteristics of the students’ physical and healthy development,and the cross-section index experiment is not statistically significant before and after the experiment.Experimental classes of students,the various physical indexes of 50 m and 800 m has no statistical significance before and after the experiment,the experiment before sit-ups average is 30.72,average ZuoWeiTi proneness is 19.56,the experiment after sit-ups averages of 37.22,the average ZuoWeiTi proneness is 20.16,p < 0.01,there is a very significant difference,the experiment before the standing long jump averages of 155.75,close your eyes to stand on one foot averages of 12.30,average standing long jump of 158.47 after experiment,close your eyes to stand on one foot averages of 15.37,p < 0.05,there are significant differences,the experimental class sports classroom intervention to student’s physical quality indicators have certain promoting role.4 after the exercise intervention,through the sports course experimental classes of vital capacity influence has a very significant difference,average 2657.63 before experiment,experiment after average of 2814.45,p < 0.01,the bench test results have significant changes,averages 50.8 before experiment,experiment after average of 52.3,p < 0.05).And that in comparative classes of lung capacity has significant differences,average of 2824.64 before experiment,experiment after the average 2825.63,p < 0.05,the impact on the bench test haven’t changed much,no statistical significance.From the improvement of the students’ cardiopulmonary function and the increase of lung capacity,it is proved that the exercise intervention has certain beneficial effect on the improvement of the students’ bodily function.5 class exercise intervention can effectively improve the students’ physical exercise ability,arouse the initiative of students to participate in physical exercise,develop intervention plans in accordance with students’ physical and mental development characteristics,and the conventional way of sports classroom teaching can effectively improve the physical health of students.Take the test in the same way as before and after the experiment the students’ body form and physical quality,body function,such as the indicators,the result of the experiment before and after comparison and analysis,through the contrastive analysis of the experimental classes and that in comparative classes,study classroom sports intervention’s influence on the female college students’ physical health level,for colleges and universities sports teaching reform to provide certain theoretical basis.
