The physical health and mental health of college students have been being a problem that sports workers and medical workers pay attention to . Fmale college students take on the important responsibility of constructing homeland and bringing up the coming generation. Their physical condition has been being an important thing we are concerned with. In recent years, the degree of obesity of fmale college students has been raising, but the psychological level is decreasing. Some related research show that physical training not only can improve the level of physical health ,but also help increasing the level of mental health.The paper mainly started with abese women academicians, reseach method contains collect literature and date, visit the expert and investigate the healthy status of abese women academicians, This reseach analyse the main problems and probe into the phsical and psychology influencing means and effective measures of PE method for abese women academicians, in addition,the reseach apply the PE method to influence the mental healthy level of abese women academicians ,The aim of the paper is make the factor of mental influence work in PE to improve the mental healthy level of abese women academicians,It can help them possess healthy concept and bring up the phsical training habit ,built up scientific heathy concept and tast concept.The reslut of research shows that physical training not only improve the physical fitness and exercise ability of female college students, to some extent but also can increasing the level of mental health,which is good at bulding the right idea of health and aesthetic standard. Besides, by physical training,Female college students can face to obesity more scientificly,and adopt positive attitudes and methods to adjust to the life style of psychology and behavior, accordingly improve the quality of life.
