Students are the future of the country,and the body is the capital of revolution.Figure rope skipping is a popular sport with music accompaniment in recent years.The figure rope skipping can improve the body shape,physical quality and physical function,and play a comprehensive role in promoting the physical health of College students.Through the methods of documentation and interview,the author has deeply studied the research on pattern rope skipping carried out by experts and scholars at home and abroad from many aspects.By using the methods of questionnaire,logical analysis and experiment,the author has carried out a questionnaire survey on 1 300 female students in Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College,and has analyzed and summarized the participation of female students in pattern rope skipping.At present,there are some problems in the process of carrying out figure rope skipping.We can't understand the fitness effect of figure rope skipping on female college students ideologically.There are some problems in the overall development of figure rope skipping,which leads to the low rate of participating in college figure rope skipping activities,so we put forward the improvement plan.Sixty female college students were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group for a 15-week practical study of rope-skipping teaching.Before and after the experimental intervention,60 female college students were tested for their physical fitness.First,the whole test experiment was carefully designed from the aspects of experimental objects,experimental methods,experimental steps and test items.The results of physical fitness test showed that rope-skipping was a good way to improve the physical fitness of female college students.The physical indexes of the students in the rope group were significantly improved.Compared with the control group,the students in the pattern rope skipping group significantly increased their vital capacity.Some students'vital capacity increased from 2819 milliliters before the experiment to 3336 milliliters after the experiment,reaching the excellent level of university female students' vital capacity test standards;the students in the pattern rope skipping group obviously lost weight,some students even lost 12 kilograms;the students in the pattern rope skipping group were flexible.Some students improved significantly from 11.1 centimeters before the experiment to 21.1 centimeters after the experiment,which was 85 good results in the test standard of female college students'seat forward bending.The students in the figure rope jumping group showed significant improvement compared with the control group in the tests of 800 meters running,standing long jump,one minute rope jumping and hand grip.Put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Therefore,according to their own situation,all localities should vigorously carry out figure rope skipping,make full use of the advantages of this project,attract the majority of students to participate in exercise,and constantly improve the physical quality of students.
