The explosive force of the lower limbs plays an important role in all kinds of middle school sports.Therefore,the PE teacher trains the students' upper and lower limbs during the course of teaching or training.In the lower extremity strength training,mainly for students' explosive force training,this is because the lower extremity power is the main part of students' strength of lower limbs,and a decisive role for the formation of the lower extremity motor technology students.The lower limb explosive force in Haidian District Zhongguancun middle school amateur athletic team training students to conduct research and analysis,the main purpose of the study is to study the current situation of Middle School Amateur Athletic Training at present and the explosive force of the lower limbs,their usual training methods for explosive force of the lower limbs of the Zhongguancun middle school amateur athletic training team of students the explosive force training to provide theoretical guidance,so as to improve the training level and athletic performance track team,to provide reference for the development of Haidian District amateur athletic training and the secondary explosive force of the lower limbs.Through literature,interviews,logical analysis,experimental method,experimental study was conducted on the content of different exercises on Haidian District Zhongguancun middle school amateur athletic team 12 middle school students,the students were divided into experimental and control group,8 weeks of study and practice,the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment of standing long jump and the vertical jump height test,the results of comparative analysis,finally draw the following results and conclusions:Through the experimental data analysis,we can get the results.1.Before the experiment,there is no significant difference between the students in the experimental group and the control group in standing long jump,vertical jump and touch height(P>0.05).2 ? after experiment,there were significant differences between the students in the experimental group and the control group in the standing long jump,vertical jump and touch height(P<0.05).3,compared with before the experimental group and control group students standing long jump,jump high scores are changed in different degree,relatively the 2 scores of the experimental group of students greatly changed.Through the study,we can draw a conclusion.1.Through the study,we find that the training content designed by the experimental group can effectively improve standing long jump performance and vertical jump height.2,through the comparative analysis of experimental results and combined with the literature study,the experimental group uses the ladder,small hurdle and jump deep practice methods to improve the amateur athletic training students better explosive force.3,through the study found that the training methods in various forms,and the training of interesting content,amateur track and field training students to improve the explosive force of lower limbs has a positive role.
