Teenage Taekwondo athletes need to complete technical and tactical coordination and use in a short time during competitions and training.Taekwondo events use fast and flexible lower limb technical movements as the main scoring method,and will use fast hitting slow,first serve,first serve,and second serve as the technical and tactical basis.Therefore,explosive power of lower limbs plays a key role in improving technical and tactical levels and winning competitions.Rapid stretching composite training utilizes the elastic potential energy and stretch reflex of muscles and tendons to achieve more rapid and effective centripetal movement,effectively improving the explosive power of athletes’ lower limbs and specialized athletic abilities.This study not only enriches the theory and practical methods of lower limb explosive force training in Taekwondo,but also proves the efficiency of fast stretching composite training in Taekwondo training practice.This study uses the methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,experiments,and mathematical statistics to explore the impact of rapid stretching and resistance training on the explosive strength of lower limbs of adolescent Taekwondo athletes,with a view to providing valuable theoretical guidance and practical reference for training in this field.In this study,18 athletes were selected from the Taekwondo team of Suining Amateur Sports School and divided into two groups,with9 participants in each group.They underwent 12 weeks of rapid stretching composite training and conventional resistance training,respectively.After the experiment,SPSS26.0 software was used to statistically analyze six test indicators before and after the experiment(standing long jump,20 seconds in situ left and right knee lift,10 seconds in situ double fly kick,10 seconds in situ left and right high cross kick,10 seconds in situ left foot middle cross kick,10 seconds in situ right foot middle cross kick).Finally,the following conclusions are reached:(1)Fast stretching composite training utilizes the elastic potential energy of muscles and tendons,as well as stretching reflexes,to achieve faster and more powerful centripetal movements,which can effectively improve the explosive power level of lower limbs of young Taekwondo athletes.Through rapid stretching and compound training,athletes achieved significant differences in various lower limb explosive force test indicators compared to before the experiment,and their lower limb explosive force level was significantly improved.(2)Fast stretching composite training can closely follow the force sequence and biomechanical principles of lower limb technical movements in Taekwondo,enabling lower limb muscles to generate maximum strength in the shortest possible time.Through a 12 week experiment,comparing the T-test results,improvement values,and proportion of various test indicators between the two groups,it was found that the effect of rapid stretching composite training is significantly better than that of conventional resistance training.(3)After undergoing rapid stretching and compound training,the experimental group showed differences in the improvement of their lower limb explosive strength test indicators.Among them,the largest improvement was in the 10 second in place double flying kick,and the smallest improvement was in the standing long jump.After research and analysis,the differences are correlated with the following factors:different biomechanical principles involved in the test indicators,athletes’ adaptability to training methods,athletes’ technical usage habits,and the impact of competition rules on the test indicators.(4)Rapid stretching composite training expands the working range of muscles,improves their activity status,and enhances their control and adaptability.Paired sample T-tests were conducted on five test indicators reflecting the speed,strength speed,and continuous starting and braking abilities of lower limb technical movements of adolescent Taekwondo athletes,and significant differences were found in the results.Research has shown that rapid stretching and compound training can effectively improve the lower limb specific explosive power of adolescent Taekwondo athletes,thereby also enhancing their specific athletic abilities.
