Badminton is a mass sport with a very large scale.Participation in mass badminton events has gradually become one of the channels for badminton lovers to pursue competitive experience.As a sport with speed as the core,having the ability to move quickly is a key element to win the game.Fast starting speed and direction changing ability require badminton enthusiasts to have good lower limb explosive power as the basis.Part of the training actions of fast telescopic compound training are similar to badminton technical actions.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore how fast telescopic training can improve the lower limb explosive power of badminton amateurs.In order to provide more reference for the application of rapid telescopic compound training in badminton training,the training effect is tested by the test of lower extremity explosive power and badminton special moving step.In this paper,literature,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics were used as research methods.16 male badminton amateurs were selected as experimental subjects.Under the same conditions,the two groups were respectively subjected to 12 weeks of rapid telescopic compound training and traditional strength training.After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were statistically analyzed for the lower limb explosive power and badminton footwork indexes,and the following results were obtained:1.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the index of lower limb horizontal explosive power(p < 0.01).2.The index of vertical explosive power of lower limbs in the experimental group was significantly different from that before the experiment(p < 0.01),while that in the control group was not significant(p > 0.05).3.The special moving pace index of the experimental group was significantly different from that before the experiment(p < 0.01),while the control group had only ten times of low center of gravity corner running compared with that before the experiment(p < 0.05).4.After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the vertical explosiveness test indexes between the two groups(p > 0.05),but there was significant difference in the horizontal explosiveness and special movement of lower limbs(p < 0.05).Research conclusion:1.After 12 weeks of training,the vertical explosive power of lower limbs in the experimental group is more significant than that in the control group after the two indexes of training,indicating that rapid telescopic compound training can improve the vertical explosive power of lower limbs of male badminton amateurs.2.After 12 weeks of training,both of the two training methods can improve the lower extremity explosive power of male badminton amateurs to varying degrees,but the overall improvement effect of rapid telescopic compound training is more obvious.Rapid telescopic compound training can improve badminton special movement ability to some extent.
