Strength quality is the basis of all sports events, athletes in the process of moving parts of the body muscle force. For badminton players, the power quality is mainly reflected in the upper and lower limbs of the rapid strength and explosive force. The results show that the centrifugal force training has an important positive effect on improving the quality of the athletes, however,it is still lack of the training of centrifugal force. This study uses con-trex isokinetic training and testing system of hip and knee joint flexor muscles of different speed centrifugal strength training and testing, through the data analysis of badminton athletes lower limb explosive force,to seek the effective method to improve the badminton athletes, explosive force of the lower limbs to provide reference for the coaches to develop strength quality training program. The subjects were randomly divided into 21 groups, which were divided into three groups, namely, the rapid contraction group, the slow contraction group and the control group without training.According to the experiment,6 weeks of centripetal force training. The first sixth weeks and the last week of the three groups of related data records.According to the characteristics of badminton, the 5 ball and the 4 points of the and the running of the standing long jump are used to evaluate the strength of the badminton players. The experimental results are as follows:(1)6 weeks after training(600/s)combined with slow centripetal centrifugal force training rapid contraction of hip extensor group compared with before training, have a very significant difference(P<0.01),flexor compared with before training, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the pre training group, there was a significant difference(P<0.01)between the hip extensor muscle group and the training group before and after the exercise, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the flexor group and the pre training group;(2)After 6 weeks of training, combined with the rapid(slow with centripetal centripetal centrifugal strength training(2400/s)rapid contraction of hip extensor group compared with before training has increased, but the difference was not obvious. There was no significant difference. There was a very significant difference between flexor group and pre training group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the extensor digitorum hip group and the training group before and after the combination of concentric and slow eccentric force training, and there was a very significant difference between the flexor group and the pre training group(P<0.01);(3)6 weeks after training(600/s)combined with slow centripetal centrifugal force training rapid contraction of knee extensor group compared with before training, with a significant difference(P<0.05),flexor compared with before training, with a significant difference(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the extensor digitorum hip group and the training group before and after the combination of concentric and slow eccentric force training(P<0.05),and there was a very significant difference between the flexor group and the pre training group(P<0.01);(4)After 6 weeks training, the centripetal joint rapid(2400/s)centrifugal force training, rapid contraction group, hip extensor muscle group and training before the comparison, there is very significant difference. There was a very significant difference between flexor group and pre training group(P<0.01).Compared with the training before and after the training, there was a significant difference(P<0.01)between the concentric extensor and slow eccentric force training, the lower speed contraction group, and the hip extensor group. There was no significant difference between the flexor group and the pre training group;(5)After 6 weeks of training, the centripetal combined fast eccentric training group and training achievement touch side of four compared to 5 points before the ball has a very significant difference(P<0.01),standing long jump distance compared with before training, have a very significant difference(P<0.01).(6)After 6 weeks of training, the centripetal combined slow eccentric training group and training achievement touch side of four compared to 5 points before the ball has significant difference(P<0.05),standing long jump distance with before training, compared with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions are as follows:(1)concentric combination, rapid centrifugal force training, concentric combination and slow eccentric strength training can improve the flexors and extensors of hip joint in badminton athletes. The centripetal force and the slow centrifugal force training can effectively improve the maximum centripetal force and centrifugal force of the hip extensor muscles of badminton players. The centripetal force combined with rapid centrifugal force training can effectively improve the maximal centripetal force and centrifugal force of the hip flexors.(2)concentric combination, rapid centrifugal force training, concentric combination and slow eccentric strength training can improve the maximal force, centripetal force and centrifugal force of the knee flexor and extensor muscles in badminton players. The centripetal force, the slow speed and the centripetal force combined with the rapid centrifugal force training can effectively improve the maximum centripetal force and centrifugal force of the knee extensor group of the badminton players, while the increase of the flexor group is not clear.(3)concentric combination, rapid centrifugal force training, concentric combination and slow centrifugal strength training can improve badminton players' 5 ball, four point touch edge and long jump performance. The improvement of fast group is better than that of slow group.
