The Research On The Referees' Current Judging Situation Of Sichuan Juvenile Football Tournament And Corresponding Countermeasures

As an indispensable part of the football matches,the judging level of the football referees whose fundamental task is to judge decide the trend of the matches,and improving referees' judging level is also one of the most important methods to adapt the continuous development of the technology and strategies in football matches.The referee group is an important part of the football association,and improving the level of the referees in the group who is the reserve force of China's future professional football league matches is good for promoting the integral images of Sichuan Football Association,and then good for the lift of Sichuan football referees' status in the China Football Association,and also laying the theoretical and practical basis for the future development of the referees in both Sichuan and China Football Professional Football League Matches.The researchadopts the methods of document-data,questionnaire,field investigation,and expert interview to make a research about the basic information and the recent judging conditions of the referees in Sichuan Juvenile Football Tournament and their possible problems in judging process and to give suggestions on how to improve referees' level.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Sichuan Juvenile Football Tournament's football referees are mostly undergraduates.University students occupy a large percentage in all the employees;they are nearly aged between 19 and 23;they are paid 100 to 200 yuan per day recently,which they feel satisfied;and although the geographical distribution of the referees is reasonable,the judging level is greatly different.(2)Sichuan Juvenile Football Tournament's football referees are shortage of the theoretical knowledge;their physical training is far from enough,they don't pay high attention to the training and their training method is old,single and shortage of rationality and planning;the referees are less experienced for they only work as referees in a few football games and their total judging time is very short.What's more,Sichuan Football Association's football referees have hardly been given enough training courses,and the number and quality of their existing training courses needs improving.Besides,the referees usually get low accuracy rate because of watching the game less carefully,judging the red and yellow signs incorrectly during the judging process.At last,the referees have a low awareness of professional moral quality.(3)Sichuan Juvenile Football Tournament's football referees don't use whistle correctly.Gesture is not standard,the group's coordination and communication is not enough,the referees' mental state is not stable and they cannot adjust the state well immediately during the judging,and they are often not concentrated.Suggestions:(1)Strengthen the referees to study the systematic knowledge of the football match rules;Referees can judge formal football matches more to increase the times of judging experience.Besides,they can watch the other excellent referees' judging game,in order to gain the judging experience indirectly to improve their own judging abilities.(2)Strengthen the study and understanding of the football matches' rules,and make the referees accept the new knowledge and theories.At the same time,Sichuan Football Association should improve the referees' training systems actively,and expand the training and supervision for referees.Focus on the training of referees' comprehensive quality,especially their professional moral quality;strengthen the training of the referees' basic ability;and improve their controlling abilities to mental state and adjusting abilities to mental pressure.(3)Read the newest competition rules to gain the newest judging ideas,improving the understanding of the football and its rules;renew the method of physical training to improve its integrating degree and practical matches;use the advanced instruments to monitor the related judging data scientifically,aimed to improve the referees' weak points;improve the referees' contingency abilities;improve the referee groups' four-in-one collaboration ability.
