Investigation On The Current Situation And Training Mode Of The Young Backbone Referees In JiangSu

JiangSu province is the largest province of China’s sports and sports Province,has in the basketball project,2 CBA occupation men’s basketball team;1 WCBA occupation women’s basketball team;and the youth of all ages.In addition to professional leagues,folk events are also very positive.The referee,as an important part of the basketball court,has a great influence on basketball.With the development and needs of basketball techniques and tactics level,it is necessary for the professional level of basketball referees and the higher requirements of the effective system training of referees.Through literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the development status and training mode of young basketball backbone referees inJiangSu province,the youth backbone referees in JiangSu province,all are national and international.A total of 18 people,the training mode of research and discussion.The current status of their development is investigated.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the training mode of young backbone referees,provide useful information and help for the future training model.Able to find an effective,youth backbone referee training development path.The results show that the overall age structure of young basketball referees in JiangSu province is reasonable,the height conditions are excellent,the education level is high,all have the experience of Practice Conference events;However,in the Practice Conference years compared with the national provinces young backbone referees are inferior,and the distribution of young cadres in our province is unbalanced,most of the young backbone judges are concentrated in the capital of Nanjing.The young basketball referees of JiangSu province are a group of young and promising basketball referees.The training mode of young cadre referees in JiangSu province,from scratch,experienced five stages.From the initial embryonic form,gradually formed initial culture system,then to steady development stage,encounter bottleneck and difficult stage and the exploration and trial stage of the new model.At present,the present situation of young basketball backbonereferees in JiangSu province and the future training mode,puts forward their rationalization proposals,in order to further improve the level of basketball referees in JiangSu,and also provide a reference for the improvement and development of basketball in JiangSu province.
