| Today’s society is a society full of competition and cooperation.With the development of world economy,science and technology,education in the face of rapid changes in the world,if only rely on the internal school education has been unable to meet the needs of the society,must seek the support of all sectors of society,help and cooperation,work together to build effective talents for the society.In the power of social participation in education,family education,that is,the involvement of parents,has a very big impact on primary school students.In the process of children’s education,the parents play a leading role,whether parents can cooperate with the school’s education for their children,has a direct impact on the effect of school education and the overall sex education results.So,parents are a great help to the children in the process of teacher education,the establishment of a good partnership,mutual cooperation,complement each other,to be able to make the students have a good education results,to achieve the overall harmonious development.However,because the parents and teachers of their respective cultural background,educational ideas,educational purposes,and understanding of the child’s requirements and emotions are different,so the two sides in the conflict on children education problem is inevitable.But the conflict is not only negative,but it is also positive and constructive.Conflict brings reform and development,it is beneficial to the improvement of teachers’ teaching ability,to promote their professional development,to improve parents’ educational methods,and ultimately to promote the development of children.A correct understanding of these conflicts is of great importance for parents and teachers to build good and good relationships and healthy growth of children.Therefore,both teachers and parents should actively look at conflicts.This paper uses questionnaire survey method,interview method,literature analysis method,selected from the Deyang city schools as samples,starting from the conflict between teachers and parents,teachers and parents of the background,characteristics and manifestations of conflict,reason and significance,find some teachers and parents cooperate well,combined with experience and strategy at home and abroad,and their years of teaching experience,teachers and parents have reference to the current cooperation smoothly progress,puts forward the application strategy by many teachers and parents cooperate to resolve the conflict and use conflict to strengthen cooperation:a correct understanding of the relationship between teachers and parents;positive face;face the conflicts,strengthen teachers’communication with parents,each other respect,mutual understanding and mutual trust;learn from the successful experience of many teachers and parents;expand the channels of communication,establish a variety of practical Cooperative model. |
