The conflict between teachers and parents is an objective phenomenon that cannot be ignored in school education practice activities,which will have a certain impact on the construction of good home-school relations.A correct understanding of the conflict between primary school teachers and parents is critical to building a good relationship between teachers and parents and promoting healthy growth of children.In recent years,the relationship between teachers and parents has become closer and closer,but due to differences in various aspects,the number of conflicts between teachers and parents has increased.Especially in urban schools,the frequent conflicts between teachers and parents seriously affect teachers' education and teaching work and harmonious home-school relationship,and even affect the normal learning life of children.At present,scholars at home and abroad have conducted research on the conflict between teachers and parents,but the depth and maturity of the research is far less than the conflict between teachers and students.Based on the relevant theories at home and abroad,this paper comprehensively uses the questionnaire survey method,interview method,case analysis method and literature analysis method to take the questionnaire survey method,interview method,case analysis method and literature analysis method as the survey object,and to the primary school teachers and parents.The conflict has carried out theoretical analysis and empirical research,and analyzed in detail the types,characteristics,strengths and attitudes of conflicts between teachers and parents in the context of quality education,and summarized the causes of conflicts between them.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews,this study draws the following conclusions about the conflict between primary school teachers and parents:differences in understanding of conflicts,differences in behavioral attitudes to conflicts,diversity of conflict types,low overall intensity of conflict intensity,and characteristics of conflicts It is characterized by concealed conflicts,accompanied by positive and negative effects.The conflicts are mild and confrontational.The conflicts are intervened by children and schools.Finally,suggestions for prevention and resolution of conflicts between teachers and parents in the classic case are also proposed.
