Game is closely related to children,it is the internal needs of children's life growth,related to children's happiness and quality of life.However,due to the relative lack of the theory of children's right to play in China,the lack of practical experience,leading to the right of children's games have not been well implemented.This study is based on the theory of human rights,the theory of natural rights and Gadamer's game theory,The relationship between the right to play and the early childhood games and early childhood education,based on a game on the right of the existing,using questionnaire and interview and on-the-spot investigation,etc.,from the children's game status,game participation,games and games to provide protection from four aspects,Taking the main city of Chongqing as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the protection of the right to play in kindergarten.Through the survey found that,in the main city of Chongqing kindergarten,on the protection of children's right to play has made some achievements: The right to play as the concept of children's rights and the value of the game has been recognized;Most kindergartens can guarantee children's game time every day;Most of the kindergartens in the area and the public activities in the area of space settings more reasonable;Better protection of game materials and games.But there are also the following problems: The recognition of the right to play games only stay at the concept level;Children's game autonomy has not been fully respected;Outdoor game time can not be guaranteed;The dynamic nature of the game material is not enough;Game guide and Intervention method is improper.Through analysis,the main reasons for the above problems are:Social protection of children's right to play games is not enough;Parents of kindergarten education is unreasonable;Kindergarten lack of funds,resulting in lack of equipment and materials;Kindergarten managers lack of awareness of "game oriented activities";Kindergarten teachers need to improve the quality of game theory.Accordingly,this study proposes the following suggestions: From the government level,should be in line with local conditions,to provide material guarantee;Increasepublicity efforts to change the traditional concept of the game.From the parent level,we should change the life style of the electronic media,communicate with the teachers in time,realize the cooperation of the home,and establish a correct view of the game.From the kindergarten level,we should make use of scattered time in one day to play free games;According to local conditions for the game space layout,and in the corner of the set of "blank",the rational use of outdoor game space;The science of the game material delivery;Building a platform to promote interaction between teaching and research,regular seminars,training and visits.From the teachers' level,we should pay attention to the improvement of their professional ability and to realize the guiding function of concept to behavior;According to the indoor conditions and the characteristics of the children,the reasonable layout of the district angle;To create a relaxed environment for children;Pay attention to the process evaluation;Accurately grasp the timing of intervention,select appropriate intervention strategies.
