Preschool education has developed rapidly in our country,a lot of kindergarten constructions,the rapid growth of the number of children enrolled;the demand for preschool teachers is also rapid expansion,while the number of preschool teachers is growing,but still large gap in our country's preschool teachers.To solve the problem for preschool teachers in rural areas in our country is scarce,some primary and secondary school teachers have been transferred to work in rural kindergartens,rural teachers of kindergarten transfers has become an important part of preschool teachers' team in our country,rural teachers' vocational adaptation of kindergarten transfers directly affects the quality of the rural teacher of kindergarten transfers,which restricts the rural preschool education quality and the development of the enterprise.Therefore,we must paying attention to the rural kindergarten teachers' occupation transfer to improve the quality of rural preschool education in China.This research adopts the narrative method,in the natural situation,with four rural transfer kindergarten teachers as the research object,to observe and understand them and describes the behavior of the object of study,experience,and a specific analysis of vocational adjustment,further enrich and to enrich the rural kindergarten muddleheaded,teacher professional theory,At the same time,to provide other rural kindergarten teachers transfer learning opportunity to help them improve their learning ability,improve their job skills.This research is divided into the following several parts:The first part is the study of the reasons,the background of the study,as well as the selection of research objects and research methods,research ideas,research design and other issues.The second part is the story of the four rural kindergarten teachers occupation adaptation of the narrative transfer,including the transfer of pre service education of teachers,job transfer before the occupation experience,transfer process and transfer after the occupation adaptation,through these four aspects of the story presenting transfer of rural kindergarten teachers vocational adaptation experience The third part is through the narrative of the second parts,combined with the relevant literature to analyze the impact factors of four rural kindergarten teachers occupation adaptation transfer.The fourth part is put forward on the basis of the third part,according to the relevant strategies to promote occupation of rural kindergarten teachers adapting to the change.First,to strengthen the targeted and personalized job-transfer training,improve the accuracy and effectiveness of training;Second,we should strengthen the kindergarten environment creation;Third,Strengthen the education management system design and humanization and operation of policy.
