Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers(Trail)and Views on Comprehensively Deepening Reform of the Development of Teachers in a New Era(put in 2018)showed the whole nation's attention to Kindergarten teachers' development.At the same time,the open second child policy and the increase number of kindergarten need more and more new teachers of kindergarten.Helping new kindergarten teachers to adapt work and environment is quite necessary.The three target new kindergarten teachers are from a key kindergarten who worked within one year.Author used narrative,interview and observation method on the three new kindergarten teachers,wrote down the information and analyzed the problems and reasons that they experienced in their entry adaptation.Finally,gave the suggestion and countermeasures.This study drew the following conclusions: New kindergarten teachers met problems in entry adaptation include: uneven professional skill level,psychological stress,not adapted to workload,interpersonal problems,role orientation.As a socialized adaptation,entry adaptation was effected by many reasons.This study divided the reason into two types: inside and outside.Inside include professional skill level,internship experience,personality and career expectation.Outside include Specialty Training in Colleges,the nature of kindergarten work,work environment and the attitude of children's parents.Author also find the energy on these new kindergarten teachers: They own executive power,conscientiousness and Sense of mission,they also good at rethinking.They represent young teachers' positive,optimistic and indomitable spirit.At last,author gave advice from four aspect: For personal aspect,new teachers should do pre-job preparation,keep optimistic attitude,develop their speciality,learn to develop independently and establish good interpersonal relationships.For universities,they should increase practice courses,make psychological construction for new teachers and focus on the quality of practice.For kindergarten,establish new teacher training groups,talk with new teachers and establish new teachers' scoring mechanism.finally,appeal to popularize the correct understanding of kindergarten teachers' profession in society.
