As for early childhood teachers pay attention to the quality of heating,the professional development of kindergarten teachers transferred into a ring containing the preschool teachers quality cannot be ignored.In most rural areas China,the number of transferred teachers is not a few,attention to this group of professional development is not only an important mission of preschool education,the key is to enhance the initiative of kindergarten teachers.But the number of documents from the previous study,the kindergarten teachers’ attention is not a lot of change.From the quality point of view,little research for the teachers of high quality and profound reorientation of.Through literature review,the study found that there are many groups of rural children transferred teachers as the research object,using quantitative methods to reflect the overall trend and characteristics of the professional development of teachers,and the professional development of individual process has little attention that the research on the transferred teachers is still exist in space and omission.Therefore,in this study,the central area of a Township Center Primary School affiliated kindergarten as the place,choose two representative strong teachers as the research object,on the philosophical anthropology and teacher professional development theory,qualitative methods of narrative research,teachers will transfer in history,society,culture and economy under the background,starting from the influence of reorientation of teachers’ professional development of horizontal and vertical two aspects.(In the course of horizontally:transferred teachers around the network of social relations,analysis of teachers’ participation in the cultural activities with others,for their professional when specifically refers to the interaction with parents,colleagues,kindergarten,primary school,the original administrative institutions.In the course of longitudinal:transferred teachers individual development as the main line,the narrative description of the development of individual teachers,specific teachers from the family background,personality,education experience,professional development of primary school work,focusing on the road after the transfer of teachers,teachers in the mining of key events in the process of transfer and transfer others,for reasons)they transfer,transfer of teachers in the process of professional development,experience and lessons of the harvest,tries to put forward some operational strategies.This study found:Tirst,is the transfer of the reasons affecting the reorientation of teachers,mainly from three aspects,respectively is the teacher’s personal choice,the current situation of the development of the overall thinking,the school government restricted jobs these factors directly or indirectly to the kindergarten teachers.Second,a kindergarten teachers’ professional development are found in these experience and lack of experience has four points:interest and hobby is the professional development of the original power,self reflection is the accelerator,age is primary school time is interferon,restriction factors;deficiency is lack of pre job training,to adapt to the difficult process,primary school phenomena,art education doesn’t,identity of embarrassment,little promotion space of these six aspects.Third,faced with the reorientation of teacher professional development,from the macro to the micro level of promotion strategies.The macro level government service system construction,support the professional development of middle level kindergarten;build a platform for growth,to promote the professional development of teachers;the reorientation of micro level should take the initiative to promote professional development potential.
