The Research On Architectural Programming Of Compound Pension Project

As Chinese fertility declines and life expectancies are prolonged,the aging tendency of the Chinese population has become a reality that must be faced.While elderly care related researches are increasing,the traditional care mode is gradually replaced by a compound one featuring complete functions,standard services and more product options,meanwhile,elderly care programs of different natures and characteristics have emerged to meet the market needs.In view of China's typical demands for elder care and social carrying capacity,this research selected compound elderly care program based on architectural programming theory as the object.By integrating the knowledge of architecture,sociology and economics,etc.,and combining theories with practice,this article studied the architectural programming procedures and contents of compound elderly care program respectively and conducted empirical research on the architectural programming of the Elderly care Demonstration Center of Jilin Province.The article first introduced the background,purpose,contents and methods of this research,analyzed the research status of the related topics at home and abroad and also introduced the research scope and object.Then it studied the architectural programming organization and procedures of compound elderly care program by four steps,analyzed the importance of the program to China's elderly care market development and conducted a systematic study of the key points of this kind of program through complete programming process.Next,it looked at the architectural programming contents sand implementation of compound elderly care program from four respects,i.e.,condition survey and positioning content,functional space content programming,relationship between functional spaces as well as technical economyand operation programming,further improved procedure programming through content programming and provided theoretical support for programming review.Finally,it conducted an overall study of the programming process and results of Jilin Elderly care Demonstration Center based on a pooled analysis of the data of similar programs in China and the contents above.Based on the study of compound elderly care program cases,this article compared the differences of different functional compositions in program indicator,proportion and form,discussed the space combination forms and contents of similar programs in behavior pattern and explained the relevant contents of technical economy and operation programming.This article aims to put forward some programming strategies for compound elderly care programs in different conditions and sum up the key points of the programming,so as to offer a reference for the research and application of architectural programming of the similar programs.
