China's population is aging,according to the National Bureau of Statistics of the People's Republic of China.In 1999,China entered the population ageing.With the development of society and the continuous improvement of People's economic living standards,the health problems of the elderly have gradually been put on the agenda.There are many experts and scholars in China studying the health problems of the elderly,how to promote the healthy physical fitness level of different people through reasonable and scientific physical exercise is also one of the hot research in the field of sports.Therefore,in order to make more targeted physical fitness programs for the elderly,this paper takes some of the elderly in the Gaoyou community as the objects of investigation and measurement,and through on-the-spot investigation on the effect of functional physical fitness on the elderly,guide the group to carry out functional physical exercise,and then provide effective reference for the government departments concerned to formulate physical fitness protection measures for urban and rural elderly groups.By using the methods of literature review,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper draws a valid sample of the elderly in the community of Gaoyou,and on the basis of measuring their health and physical fitness,this paper analyzes the characteristics and differences of various indexes of healthy physical fitness of the elderly under different physical exercise modes,and probes into the influence of the physical exercise modes of the elderly on various dimensions of healthy physical fitness by using the optimal scale regression method,to provide scientific theoretical basis for improving the level of physical fitness of the elderly in Gaoyou City.The results showed that:(1)except BMI,waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,blood pressure,waist-to-height ratio and quiescent pulse,there were no significant differences in age and sex among the elderly;Among them,women in the same age group have better flexibility than men,and men in balance,cardiopulmonary endurance and muscle strength and other related aspects are generally better than women.(2)along with the increasing of age,the health and physical fitness of the elderly also began to deteriorate.After comparison,the two groups of 70-74 years old and 75-79 years old showed the biggest decrease,it reminds us that we should focus on the health and physical fitness of people over the age of 70.(3)excluding the effects of age and sex on the health and physical fitness of the elderly,among the indicators of the group's health and physical fitness,agility,balance and lower limb muscle strength are the main factors that affect their physical fitness,and agility and balance affect the elderly more than lower limb muscle strength.For older adults,the higher the three measures,the lower the risk.Therefore,people should pay more attention to the above three indexes of the elderly and reduce the risk by training the lower limb muscle strength,agility and balance of the elderly.The study concluded that:Analysis of differences in physical fitness among the elderly over 60 years old,60-64 and 65-69,70-74 and 75-79 The differences of physical fitness indexes among these age groups are obvious,the functional fitness decreased the most in the 70-74 age group and the 75-79 age group.In addition,the physical fitness of the elderly over 60 years old in gender,age,there are significant differences;And through the sex and age factor to over 60 years old person physical fitness difference analysis obtains,it was found that physical fitness was significantly different under the interaction of gender and age.The study found that as people get older,the proportion of older people who regularly exercise is falling fast.Make recommendations accordingly:Developing diversified services to enrich the sports choices of the elderly.Gender-specific planning of venues for the elderly,develop sports activities that are popular with the elderly.Next,according to the different sex development diversification physical training project.Finally,the risk of sports events in different age stages was evaluated,carry on science popularization and so on to the old people,to develop physical activities suitable for the physical condition of the elderly.For the elderly to do a good job of professional services to reduce the elderly sports injuries.Bringing in specialized service personnel with specialized knowledge of sports injury,according to the Different Age Stage Movement Risk,completes the emergency record,carry out a variety of exercise knowledge lectures.
