In the environment of high uncertainty,asset specificity and complex conditions,relational governance has become more common in the management of enterprises.In fact,the relationship between corporate governance has been applied to sociology,economics,management science and other fields.However,most of the domestic research on the relationship between corporate governance have been focused on family enterprise management,the research of relationship governance discourse are starting from Chinese traditional culture and the capital in social network.But few of those discussed how the relationship governance is embedded into the formal management structure of the enterprise,and the how relationship governance work in the specific condition.This paper takes Beijing ZM Restaurant Ltd as an example,collect irst-hand information by interviews and participant observation,reveal how the ZM Food Co.Ltd.using mentoring relationship to manage subsidiary corporation,and pointed out that although ZM Food Co.Ltd.had a hierarchical structure with partner universities because of the organization legitimacy pressure.But in the actual process,the ZM Food Co.Ltd.rely on the mentoring relationship in the practical management activities,and ensure the running effect of the formal governance of ZM Food Co.Ltd.and its subsidiary corporations.In the perspective of the relationship in the organization management,author described how the mentorting relationship established,transformation,developing,principles and the material guarantees,showing the mechanism of mentoring relationship in practical work.
