| Educational relationship has been the field that a large number of education workers and professors intently pay attention to and study on deeply.The world is changing dramatically,similarly our country is facing various transform of acknowledge,opening,marketing and from ethic society to legal society,from unitary culture to multiple culture etc.Besides,the transform of t he duty of government is from the all-around government to the limited government,from the right government to the power government.The adjustment of the educational relationship is not only an important link of the reform of education,but also a positive respond to the transform of society and the government.As far as we are concerned,there are a lot of problems existing in the field of the educational relationship which will surely cause some barriers to the reform.Under this background,the theory of governance is of great importance.It is not only because the theory occupies the characters of being common as a tool of formal form but also because the location of value on the democracy,cooperation and conversation is of great importance to guide the reform of the relationship of education.This thesis starts from the theory of the governance theory.Firstly it illustrates the background and the meaning of the theory in detail and attach much importance to the reason of the theory of governance as the formal form of the educational relationship in order to prove the feasibility of using the theory to study on the educational relationship and to subsequently analyze the point of this thesis on the base.Next through the combing of the educational relationship both from the inside and the outside,drawing the conclusion of the character of reality,we can find that the current relationship is one-dimensional power relationship.As for the i nside of the e ducation system,it caus es the narrowness of the d eveloping space of scho ol autonomously,the limitation of communication and share of the superior resources and the constraint of the profession of the teachers’ development.As for the outside system,first it causes the tension and contradiction of the relationship of school and home.The reason to cause this unitary power relationship can be summed up i n these ones: the influence of our country’s traditional culture such as the officer orientation and unification,the influence of t he administration of regulation of modern education,the imperfect of the inertia of project regulation and the law regulation.Finally,this thesis holds the view that from the vision of power the ideal education relationship should be cooperative which will be the new standard of the public relationship of all kinds of organizations and is founded on the base of consistent conversation and negotiation equally.Therefore,the government should take reform initiatively and take the responsibility of rebuilding the power structure.Families should improve the quality and ability to participate the education affaires under the guarantee of the power of t he government,and to build the regulation of cooperation and negotiation.To draw a conclusion,only by containing each other and cooperating with other parties can we bring the educational relationship more life a nd energy to promote the healthy development of educational relationship. |
