Vocational education and general education are two different types of education,which have the same important status."Modern apprenticeship" is a strategic choice for the country to promote the systematic construction of vocational education.The construction of "modern apprenticeship" is inseparable from the reflection and reference of the traditional apprenticeship.Apprenticeship,as a form of skill formation,is considered to be the oldest form of vocational education and has a long history of development in China.The relationship between teachers and apprentices,as the communication and interaction between people,is the core of the apprenticeship system.This study focuses on the "Research on the relationship between teachers and apprentices in China",trying to extract the influencing factors of the relationship between teachers and apprentices in the process of combing the different development logic of the traditional apprenticeship,and analyze the formation of the relationship between teachers and apprentices,so as to provide reference and Enlightenment for the construction of modern apprenticeship.This paper selects three typical patterns in the development of teacher apprentice relationship,and expounds their respective background,formation and characteristics.The relationship between teachers and apprentices in individual handicraft industry can be divided into two sequences:government and folk.Generally speaking,it has four characteristics: Based on blood relationship or pseudo blood relationship,family genealogy moving towards acquaintance society,teaching occupying a relatively secondary position,and strong ethical patriarchal color;Under the background of blood relationship collapse and guild emergence,the apprenticeship relationship in guild handicraft industry has obvious institutionalized characteristics,strong feudal patriarchal color,and the apprenticeship status has gradually changed from learner to worker;Under the background of the demise of guilds and the disintegration of the concept of emphasizing agriculture and restraining commerce,the patriarchal nature of the teacher apprentice relationship in the factory apprenticeship system is disappearing day by day,the establishment and improvement of protective laws and regulations,the duality of apprenticeship and the alienation of apprenticeship.Grasping the logic and context of the development of traditional apprenticeship and expounding its value and significance are the realistic demands of the construction of modern apprenticeship and the development of vocational education.Based on the analysis of the formation and influencing factors of the relationship between teachers and apprentices in the traditional apprenticeship system,the formation of the relationship between teachers and apprentices also includes personnel composition and bond maintenance on the premise of skill inheritance;The influencing factors are summarized as follows: the first is the degree of fit between teachers and apprentices,the second is the bond maintenance between teachers and apprentices,and the third is the construction of teachers and apprentices community.The formation and development of the relationship between teachers and apprentices in the traditional apprenticeship system can be used for reference and Enlightenment to the construction of modern apprenticeship system.At the macro level of the development of modern apprenticeship system,we should strengthen the external institutionalized guarantee,enhance the flexibility of internal operation,and improve the supervision and evaluation system;At the meso level of teacher apprentice relationship coupling,we should promote the implementation of double selection mechanism,build a teacher apprentice learning community,and create a harmonious atmosphere of respecting teachers and loving students;At the micro level of individual choice of apprentices,we should improve apprentices’ professional identity,enhance learning ability,standardize the concept of teaching,build a master incentive and promotion mechanism,standardize the qualification employment system,and pay attention to their ability training and development.
